M&L for :- (i) PREPARATION OF SURFACES :- M&L for preparation of concrete surfaces and should be free from contumnation such as motor, paint splashes, oil, grease, etc. Excessive laitance should be removed by light mechanical grinding followed by vacuum cleaning. (ii) Application of primer :- It shall be ensured that the surface is bone in dry during the application of primer Bostik prime coat/HFP 120 of Asian Paints Ltd. The 2 part system shall be mixed mechanically using a slow HFP 120 of Assian Paints speed heavy duty during machine (400 to 500 rpm) fitted with suitable peddle to achieve homogeneous mix. The mix material applied by brush allowed to dry completely total thickness of primer should be 01.mm. (iii) Underlay screed EUL 2000 :- When the primer coat reaches tack free state, the basses, filler and hardener of the epoxy resin bostik epoxy underlay screed EUL 200/Asian Paints LSC 3, N, XL, Asian Paint SLITC XL shall be mixed using a slow speed heavy duty drilling machine (400 to 500 rpm) fitted with a suitable paddle to achieve homogeneous mix and applied on the primer surface using trowel application as the layer screed at 2mm thickness. Apply spike roller to the surfaces uniform and allowed to dry. Total thickness of serried shall be 2mm. ( Contd....)

M&L for PU flooring joint filling, joint surface must be dry, release agents, grease and loose particles. All joints shall be thoroughly cleaned by hot compressed air and sanding with emery paper or other appproved means and shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge before they sealed. Before the sealing insert bond breaker (Back up rod) shall be 20 to 25% more than the joints so that there is no seepage of sealant through edges. The cleaned and prepared joint shall be primed with Bosting N49/PU Crete, 4K XL of Asian Paints Ltd primeron on the sides of the vertical face of the concrete joints in order to improve the adhesion of the polyurethene sealant as specified by the maufacturer. Fix masking tap to prevent edges of joints becoming dirty due to spillage of the polyurethene sealant at the time pf puring. The Part-A and Part-B of the polyurethene sealant Bostic seal N Flex 2k/PU Crete 4K XL of Asian Paints Ltd must be mixed thoroughly for three minutes with slow speed stirrer until the material is completely mixed. The mixed sealant may be loaded into an appropriate sealant gun and apply to the sealong slot so that the finish lavel of the seal is recessed below the trafficked surface all as specified by the manufacturer.

M & L for Advance encapsulated compound based Chemical earthing CPRI tested maintenance free, pipein-pipe technology upgraded (Zinc & alloy coated). Zince & alloy coated (80 - 100) microns with pure Zinc (99.9%) and alloy coating (200-250) microns, conforming to IS 3034. The outer and inner pipe should be 76.2mm and 41.9mm dia respectively of 3 mtrs long Zinc coated with additional special alloy coating 300mm on top side for additional protection of the terminal. The annular space between the pipes to be filled up with Compact Fill (CF) (Crystalline Conductive) mixture which should be machine pressed in thepipes not disintegrate or collapse when outer pipe corrodes. The inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity. The quoted rate includes for digging the pits, lowering the pipe in pipe earth electrode, filling of pure conductolite back filling compund (BFC) conductolite) having excellent moisture retaining capacity in 250mm around the electrode min 4 bags of 25 Kg per pit per unit. The BFC should be eco friendly it should not contain environmently hazardous material/metal having ROHS certification from NABL accredited lab. The earth pit should be provided with a FRP earth pit coer for protection and safe guard of terminals. The material of earth electrode should have good electrical conductivity and anti corrosion property in wide range of soil conditions. The quoted rate includes also M&L for in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 around the FRP cover for support and foundation and colouring the PCC work with desired colour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fabrication of MS board for display earth pit nos, location and periodical test results for lightening arrester earthing, made of MS sheet 4.0 mm thick, rectangular in shape welded on 12mm dia rod of height from ground level 30cm including fixing in PCC 1:2:4 of dimension 20cm X 20cm X 20cm (below ground level) with 20mm grade aggregate. Dimension of board shall be 30cm X 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Copper strip 32 X 6mm with DMC porcelin saddle to support Copper strip and fixing screws etc for earth continuity conductor in ground/wall or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing including jointing by tinned Copper/brass nuts, bolts and washers in addition to brazing at every joint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Aluminium strip 25 X 3.15mm to make clamp to hold porcelain insulator all as specified and directed

S&F for thermoplastic (polycarbonate) junction box for test point without terminal block of dimension 130 X 130 X 77 mm IP-66 halogen free and weather proof including four hexagonal anticorrosive screws for out door installation all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for Test point terminal block made of gun metal or Phosphorous bronze size 75 X 75 X 25 mm drilled and screwed incl 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screws for fixing strips to test point including necessary fixing arrangement to fix test point terminal block to test point junction box all as specified and directed.
