Earth work in bulk excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains,(exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) includingdisposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m in all kinds of soils

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm N. size) including all carriages complete job.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm N. size) including all carriages with leads and lifts complete job

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening,cutting bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo Mechanical Treated bars including all carriges

Centring and shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal of form for :-Walls ( any thickness ) including attached pilasters , butteresses , plinth and string course ( inciuding carriages)Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of classdesignation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in :Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including all carriages complete job.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to bespecified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% andconforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including groutingthe joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. completeSize of tile 600x600 mm including all carriages complete job.
