Note : PCC for filing of hollow portion back of chowkats shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour PCC 1:3:6 nominal mix type C-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in filling of pressed steel door frames/chowkats, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item ser no 17 here-in-before but partly panelled shutters (bottom portion) & partly Skelton shutter (top portion) suitable for fly proofing.

Supply and fixing 35mm thick factory made 2nd class hard wood (Sal/holloc) plain, framed, panelled shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panels of 9mm B.W.P commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial face veneers on both sides. The size of rail and style as per IS-1003 Par-I, kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Box type steel windows comprised of tubular frame and shutters made out of 1.25 mm thick MS sheet tube factory made with double side shutters wire gauged shutter & glass glazed shutter (wire cloth and glass will be measured and paid separately) with side hung shutters with MS peg stay dovetailed or welded incl 02 Nos, MS Tower bolts 150 mm long for each leaf and 8mm square bar grill / guard bars at spacing as shown on Drg welded to MS flat iron frame work, including other fittings, hinges, MS handles, tarred hold fasts, PCC blocks for hold fasts etc all as shown on Drg No CEPZ/TD – 354/09 sheet 1/3 to 3/3 including one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing powder coated aluminium sliding window (three track) consisting of two shutters of glazed and one shutter of flyproof. Note : The item shall be included as following : (a) Aluminium powder coated frame of section 100mm x 44mm x 1.5mm with or without rebate. (a) Aluminium powder coated window shutters of section 40mm x 20 mm x 1.5 mm thick (Two shutter of glass and one shutter of wiremesh) incl self locking catch & roller etc). All as per item ser no 26 here-in-before but wood grain printed PVC sheet used instead of plain colour PVC sheet and edges will be painted to match with painted sheet, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made of MS tube for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet 5mm thick to be fitted in MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, supplied & fitted in the frame at site as per specification & drawings shown in SSR-2020 Part-II, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No.28 above but wood grain printed PVC sheet used instead of plain colour PVC sheet & 5mm thick x 15mm wide PVC sheet beading used inside stiles and rails and decorative PVC beading of 10mmx10mm (900) used instead of exposed portion of PVC sheet beading including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with screws.

S&F tubes medium grade galvanized 15mm bore with and including all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, bolts, nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs, unions etc and fixed complete to wall & ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 15mm bore bib taps (long body) cast copper alloy, fancy type, chromium plated with fancy knob, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F fancy type chromium plated stop valve screwed down high pressure with fancy knob with long shank and cup, screwed both ends for 15mm bore dia pipes and fittings or for unions, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note: The schedule of credit has been attached in tender in Pdf format and amount of credit schedule i.e. Rs 976850.00 shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
