Construction of Bore well at LBDDA Office Kupwara

Drilling of 125mm diameter tube well by air rotary drilling rig unit suitable for lowering of MS casing of 125mm diameter in suitably drilled bore hole as per specification laid down in IS 2800(part-I) with up to date amendments. The job is to be done in all kinds of soils,boulder,rocks,collapsible strata,saturated soils artisan conditions by ODEX/DTH attachments and exploration of ground water by tapping sufficient aquifer zones. The job includes the cost of shifting of drilling accessories tools, bits, casing shoe. consumables like fuel,lubricants,skilled and unskilled labours and other unforeseen items ,Development of tube well with backwash method with air compressor of minimum capacity 1000 CFM (300 PSI air delivery system) with suitable arrangments till well is thoroughly developed in all respect as per the direction of site Engineer.

Providing/fitting of MS 125mm da pipe & sutsquent lowering of casing assembly & its weldiong after every 10 feet/20 feet upto the drilled/desired depth., The casing is to be sloted as per the site requirement & as dierected by site Engineer The specification of the tube well shall be as under as per IS 4270

Providing fitting and commissoning of single phase submersible type pumping unit along with allied jobs Complete details of the job are as under. P/F/T and commissioning af single phase pumping equipment with following specification, Discharge = 600-800 GPH Head =60-70m Motor Rating = not less than 2.0 HP The pump motor is coupled together with a steel coupling The job includes lowering of the submersible pump equipmemt. It includes P/F of MU-G/Panel starter suitable for motor rating and as decided by site Engineer.

Providing/fitting of risers 32 mm dia Gl coloumn pipe (Class-B) pipe (03 meter in length) is propoerly threaded at both the ends. The pipe shall be provided and fitted wth Gl socket for joining purpose, including the connection from delivery to storage sump

Providing/fitting of 05 KVA single phase automatic voltage stablizer type along with allied accessories viz three pin tops MCB etc input voltage 90-150v output voltage 220v

Providing and fixing of submersible cable 2.5 sq mm connecting pumping unit with motor starter.

Providing and fixing of 5mm steel wire rope for holding sub-type pumping unit.

Providing and fixing of 40mm dia MS holding clamps (02nos)fabricated out of 10mm thick MS plate with nuts and bolts

Providing and fixingof reducer 32mm dia- 25mm=01No. The job also includes providing and fitting of 32mmd dia GI bend =02Nos well cap class-B

Providing and fixing 3 layer PP-R (Poly propylene Random copolymer) pipes conforming to IS: 15801, UV stabilized and anti-microbial fusion welded, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all PP-R plain and brass threaded Polypropylene random fittings. This includes testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge. External work including trenching, refilling etc. PN-16 pipe , 25mm OD (SDR-7.4) (in main supply line )
