M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces or other than fair faces of brick work in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 25 mm thick Cement Conrete1:2:4 type B–1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450X 350X 7mm thick as in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces over and including 10mm thick rendering in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 6 to 8 mm thick square or rectangular area of each tile exceeding .11 sqm but not exceeding .18 sqm and shall be jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in paste pigmented to tile shade as in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in conc or brick masonary and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type, any size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290. Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at cross with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etccomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Each line to be measured separately)

Restraining resecuring including making good galvanised steel barbed wire any dia barbed with any dia barbs at any spacing and any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at cross with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Each line to be measured separately)

Supply only Galvanised Iron hot dipped chain link fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for steel Round bars Fe-410 -W (Gde E-250) 10mm dia and over , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F MS screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end, screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal / square nuts exc 10 cm and not exc 15mm , dia of neck 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on preparation of newly steel surfaces over a coat of Zinc chromate primer any description over 10 cm width of girth not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Desilting of existing drain removing of mud, soil, etc for a depth of 1m and deposit at 500m away from the site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rolled sections as in post , main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates of Fe-290 grade E-250 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
