JETAIRISFLS 150WLED757PSYMLTG and mounting the same on 100 mm channel i/c connection or its equivalent etc. as required.

Manufacturing and Erection of Flood light pole made out of 100mm dia 'B' class ISI marked GI pipe 6 meter long with earth stud and necessary GI reducer/coupling fixed with 80 mm dia 'B' class GI pipe 6 Mtr long inserted and welded at a span of 1 mtr in 100 mm dia GI pipe along with 2 nos MS channel 2.0 mtr long fixed with necessary clamping arrangement/ welding on top of 80 mm dia GI pipe for fixing of 200 W flood light in sequence as required to site condition. The bottom of pipe to be welded with 300mm x300mm x 6mm thick MS base plate and foundation to done with cement concrete with painting of one coat of metallic primer and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint (Silver),fixing of SMC box of 200 x 140 x 95mm (inside) the cement concrete to house 4 pole connector & 4 pole 40 amps MCB four pole with clamping arrangement for SMC box etc. as required.

Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required. a) Above 8.0 metre and upto 10.0 metre

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. a) Upto 35 sq. mm

Supplying and laying of one number double walled corrugated high density polythlene pipe having corrugated on the outer wall and plain surface inner wall confirming to IS: 14930 part-I & II complete with necessary HDPE fittings for protection of 1.1 KV grade under ground cable directly in ground at depth of 50CM i/c excavation and refilling the trench as required. a) 50mm outer dia nominal size

Providing earthing with safe earthing electrode of galvanization 80 to 100 microns, length 2 mtr, outer dia 50 mm, inner dia 19 mm and inner space be filled with crystalline conductive mixture including filling -up with electrolite (Back fill compound) as required for safe earth electrode and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement etc. as required.
