Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (2 mm thick)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: ( 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Wall Painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work.

Earth work in bulk excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. ( All kinds of soil)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level (1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including all carriage

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete ( TMT bars)

P/L stone soling tightly hand packed including cost and carriage of materials from source to site of work.

P/L stone soling tightly hand packed including cost and carriage of materials from source to site of work.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc complete (On steel work)
