Outsourcing of services for routine maintenance and operation of pumpsets, panels, chloronorme plant / BP dozer, IRP, submersible pump of different capacities / type & DG set installed at existing water supply installation at following locations (with installations) with semi skilled category of personnel round the clock clock in three shifts of 8 hours each per day including Sundays and Holidays as as specified and directed. At Pump House No.10, Pump House-11 area of 20 Wing (a) Submersible pump set 12.5 HP for direct distribution of three time water supply. including back washing of IRP as on required basis (b)Chlorine dosing pump of capacity 25 ltr per hour and chlorination to be maintained @ 2ppm (c) IRP of capacity 10000 GPH (d) LT control panel 01 No both PH-I8 & 11 to be operated for on/off of motors and pumps

Outsourcing services for attending day to day complaint(General shift) of water supply including its periodical maintenance with two semiskilled category personnel including Sunday and holiday complete in one shift all as specified and directed.

Note to Sl item No.1 to 3. (a) Contractor will submit required certificate/documents on acceptance of tender. (b) Contractor will be responsible to provide security pass to above mentioned staff and entry to the Air Force area. (c) In case of non-deployment of any person on any day during currency of contract period, a recovery of per worker absent per day shall be levied from contractor's payment @ Rs.1000/-. (d) Attendence register and other stationary required to maintain their documents will be provided by the contractor. (e) GST shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates against all the items.

Outsourcing services for routine maintenance and operation of different capacities/type pumpsets, panels,air compressors, valves etc all existing at STP (260KLD) installation at phase - III and Sewage lifting pump at Phase-I with semi skilled category personnel and unskilled helper for two shifts of 8 hours each per day. Note - (a) Operator will monitor SLP regularly at phase -I area and run the pump for lifting sewage regularly. (b) Seawage Treatment plant at Phase-III Area (STP Installation) and Seawage Lifting pump at Phase-I Area. Timings : FGM & Helper(Unskilled) : (Morning shift : 06.00 hrs to 14.00 hrs and afternoon shift : 14.00 hrs to 22.00 hrs)Notes: - (i) Necessary log sheets, maint register/attendance register be supplied and maint by the contractor. (ii) Contractor will maintain the system by charging of battery & monitor fuel oil & water levels of DG sets at his own cost. (iii) Maintenance period of pump house shall not be deducted from manning and operation period of 8 hours shift.. (iv) Electricity & water required for operation & maintenance shall be issued by department to contractor 'free of cost'. (v) Each semi skilled operator (ITI) certificate holder or high school pass with an experience of 03 (three) years as pump operator must be present in the whole 8 hours shift and leave the pump house only when the next operator attended the plant. (vi) Operator will maintain related document i.e. log sheet of pump,DG set,chlronomes and supply of water and breakdown register In case if residual chlorine is not maintained recovery @ Rs 1000 per shift shall be liable. (vii) Contractor will ensure that 'life insurance certificates of each operator' against any mis-happening will be produced before commencement of work to the Engineer-in-Charge. In case of any incident/accident of the operator contractor will solely be responsible and any claim what so ever on this account shall not be admissible. (viii) In the event of absence of any tradesmen/helper in any of the shift,contractor shall be liable to bear the recovery @ Rs.1000/- for the shift. (ix) The contractor will deploy one experience supervisor for supervision and taking instructions & submission of all documents & information regarding the activity of issue of required store to Engr-in-charge.The cost of deployment of supervisor is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor against item No.1.00 to 3.00 and item no 4.00 (x) The contractor shall provide torch light/emergency light to the tradesmen in night duty hours. He will also provide the uniform shoe & name plate to the men deputed on duty and they will wear the same on duty. (xi) The contractor shall employ the FGM/Operator/helper only after police verification of his character and antecedents.

Supply only semi automatic star-delta starter in sheet metal enclosure type MK with single phase protection feature suitable for motor rating AC-3 phase, 415V, 10HP, 6-10 A range all complete as specified and directed.

Supply only bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (flange sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs all complete all as specified and as directed size upto 200mm bore
