Supply and fixing ceiling fans 1200mm, aluminium body, power consumption not more than 28W, BEE 5 star rated with BLDC motor, service value greater than 8.40 CMM/W, air deliver minimum 235 CMM, 350 RPM compatible with step regulator for speed control along with down rod, Canopy-2 Nos, electronic 5 step type regulator and necessary connection with 0.5 Sqmm 3 core flexible wire from ceiling rose to fan and regulator including taking down old fans and depositing to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed. Make: Bajaj/Havells/Atomberg Note :- (a) The following documents to be produced while approval :- (i) NABL test report (ii) BEE certificate (iii) BIS certificate (iv) Waranty cetificate for 5 years. (b) Regulator will be measured and paid seperately.

S & F electronic 5 step regulator suitable for BLDC fans all as per item No. 1 above complete all as specified and directed. Note: Make of regulator shall be as per the make of ceiling fan mentioned at item No. 1 above or as per list of manufacturer suitable for BLDC fan as approved by GE.

S & F switch piano single pole flush type 5 amps, 230 volts complete all as specified and directed.

S & F ceiling rose three terminal surface bakelite type AC 50 Hz 230 volts of size 65 x 50 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts multistranded drawn through existing PVC conduit as per site requirment and conduit accessories of suitable dia medium grade and pressed steel terminal boxes of 2 mm thick MS of suitable size duly painted with red oxide metal primer including fixing/grouting sunken/ surface as per site requirement covered suitable for fixing switches / sockets/ regulators etc including running up of 1.5 Sq mm copper conductor FRLS PVC insulated cable as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for One Ceiling Fan point controlled by one, one way switch and regulator.

Supply and fix Mild steel rod of suitable dia for ceiling fans of 3 mtr long duly screwed threads with check nuts & pin for ceiling fan complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F hanging hooks for fixing the fans with 6mm flat iron of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.
