Repairs to 160 KVA Transformer and replacement of burnt out copper winding coils of 160 KVA distribution transformer at Vice Chancellors Lodge on the O.U.Campus. (2nd Call)

Replacing old and unserviceable gasket of top cover plate of transformer having following capacity. -Upto 315 KVA

Replacing old and unserviceable gasket of H. T bushing for the following Transformer capacity. -Upto 315 KVA.

Replacing H.T bushing for distribution Transformer by new one.

Filling of new Transformer oil tested as per IS-335 - 1972

Filteration of transformer oil as per ISS specifications filters to die electric strength above 40 KV at workshop

Replacement the H.T / L. T burntout copper winding coils of distribution transformer with new oneincluding rewinding, varnishing and vaccuming etc. duly retaining the removed burnt winding coils by the Contractor / Firm

Refixing the repaired transformer of following capacity including connections etc., complete.- Upto 315 kVA

Engaging the suitable Crane to Lift the Transformer from Vehicle including all labour charges etc., complete.

Loading and Un-loading of transformer from workshop to site or vice verse. -Upto 500 KVA.

Assembling the Transformer & Testing and Commisioning of Transformer at site of OU.

Supply and fixing of Breather.

Deduct the cost of old transformer oil

Note:- The above rates are exclusive of GST which will be added in each bill.
