Providing of chemicals i.e. Sodium-hypochlorite, Poly-electrolyte, Alum and Caustic Lime for Effluent Plant for one year. Complete Job includes cost of material, labour, tools and tackles charges, transportation & carriage charges.

Providing and fitting of RCC Bar Screen, OGT (Over Ground Tank), CWT (Clarifier water tank), Sludge drying beds, flash mixture tank, primary & secondary clarifier, MBBR Tank I & II, Equalization Tank and platform for effluent treatment plant as per the specifications including complete laying of PPRC main pipe line and making connections with the outlet of the existing pipe line of the hospital including fitting of valves, fittings and main hole covers. Complete job on turnkey basis.

Construction of Duty cum Chemical Storage Room for operation of ETP Plant : Design, Fabrication and Erection of Pre-fab structure as Operator Room of size (8x10) ft by way of P/F of solid wall panels of size (3000x600x50) mm consisting of 4mm thick non-asbestos fiber cement concrete board with aerated concrete core. The sheets are completely insulated and fire proof. The job also includes P/Laying and fixing of MS-Channel 1.5mm thick to be grouted / welded on the top and bottom of the pre-fabricated structure. The job also includes columns of hallow rectangular steel sections of size 96 x 48 x 3.2mm and false ceiling of size 595 x 595mm. The job includes cost of material, tools, and tackles, skilled labour charges, carriage, transportation and all taxes.

Providing and Laying of Complete Electrical Circuit in the Prefabricated Effluent Treatment Plant room by way of Laying of PVC flexible Pipe 3/4" - 60 mtr., Modular Electrical Wall Boxes - 06 No., Laying of Copper Wire 1.5 sqm - 02 rolls, Copper Wire 1.00 sqm - 03 rolls, Copper Wire 4sqm-01 rolls, Copper Wire 2.5sqm =02 rolls, P/F of 16-amp electrical Switches and Sockets - 03 No., 06 Amp. Switch - 07 no., 06 Amp. Socket - 04 no., LED Concealed Lights 9W - 04 No., in the false ceiling of the operator room. Complete Job

Design, Fabrication and Fixing of MS-pipe Gates of size (06 ft x 08 ft) by way of metal welding of MS- rectangular pipe of size (1.25 inch X 03 inch- pipe size ) of by way of steel work in built up square , rectangular including cutting, hosting, fixing in position weighing approx. 02 quintals along with fixing of 01 inch square type weld mesh on the MS Gate of the operator room and applying priming coat of approved steel primer including welding and bolting with special shaped washers etc complete hot finished seamless type tubes.
