Dismanteling & removing cement concrete including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris with in 50. m Lead including watering curing with cost conveyance taxes & royalty of all materials & cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charges

Earth work in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying filling in foundation with clean coarse river sand including watering & ramming cost & conveyance of all materials, labours & T&P all respect. (Measurement will be taken for finished compacted section only) cost and conveyance of all materials labours all taxes T&P etc all complete as per the direction Engineer in Charge.

PCC (1:3:6) in foundation/floor bed concrete using 40 mm & below size b.h.c.b granite stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete watering ramming &curing etc compacting to required level laid in layers not exceeding 4’’ thick including cost conveyance all taxes royalty &cost of all material & labours T&P required for the works etc complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor:

Fly Ash brick masonry work in cm (1:6) using Fly ash brick size (25 x 12 x 8) cm having minimum crushing strength not less than 75 kg /cm2 after immersing the bricks for six hour in water before use in Foundation and plinth including splays cutting & circular molding hoisting watering curing etc with cost conveyance taxes royalty of all materials & cost of all labours T&P for the work in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

RCC M/20 having crushing strength of 200 kg/cm2 after 28 days curing as per using 12mm to 20 mm size b.h.c.b granite chips 20mm size not exceeding 25% including hoisting lowering laying concrete and compacting by using vibrators watering curing for 28 days centering shuttering &finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves beads when ever necessary including cost convince taxes & royalty of all materials & cost of all labour T&P hire charges of concrete mixture machine & vibrator machine required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost of M S rod or tor steel & binding wires & labour charges for cutting bending, binding & tying the grills. As per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Cutting ,straightening of steel HYSD (Fe- 415) conforming to with bending, binding, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing if necessary & tying the grills and placing in position as required for the Rod work in all floors and & for1 providing fan hooks hosting lowering ,& laying steels including cost conveyance ,taxes & royalties of all materials and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge & cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc. Complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charges ( payment will be made on weight of MS rod or tersteel only basing on the co- efficient of MS rod or tor steel bars approved by SAIL/ TATA/ competent authority and (No separate payment will be made towards the cost of binding wires over lapping, wastage, coupling, welded, joints , spacer bars, ,chairs stays, hangers and annealed steel wires or other methods for binding and placing etc.)

6 mm thick cement plaster in C.M.(1:4) to RCC ceiling surface including watering curing with cost conveyance taxes & royalty of all materials & cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charges

Finishing wall surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty (Water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charges

Painting 1 coat with approved primer to wall including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charges

Wall painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of brushes and putty including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charges

Supplying, fittin and fixing of stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm @ 0.90mtr. C/C and stainless square pipe bracing of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm in 3 rows in stair case as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc. with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materilas, labour, T&P etc. required for the complete in all respect.

Fixing tiles /For Granite Slab (0.4 to 1.00 Sqm ) 10mm to 20mm thick in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1(1cement : 1sand) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charges
