Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc. and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. and making good, cutting not exceeding 10 cm girth as in brick wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, old size, class designation 75(Kgf/cm2) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 300 mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, complete with collars, laid and jointed in cement mortar 1:1 as in drains and similar works complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves etc and similar works set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick wall or concrete surface including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of wall putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of brick/concrete and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint matt finish over one coat of water base primer over a layer of exterior wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300 x 200 x 6-7 mm thick in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the existing surface with & including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick wall finished rough to fix tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450 x 300 x 7mm thick in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the existing surface with & including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick wall finished rough to fix tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles with & including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles with & including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15 cm thickness(below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface laid under plinth protection or under floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring or paving finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm stone graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection surface finished even and fair including forming construction (dummy) joints along the wall and bays 6 mm wide & 10 mm deep and filled with filler at an interval not exceeding 3 metre and at change of direction complete all as specified and directed.
