Tender shall carefully go through clause 14 of GCC 2022 part I and submit the requisite document such as Power of Attorney, Board Resolution, Partnership deed etc. as applicable. The tender to be participated & signed by such persons as may be legally competent to sign them on behalf of the firm, company, association, trust or society, as the case may be.
Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
Bidder is to submit Bid Security as per clause 5 of GCC 2022 part I along with the offers.
The security deposit shall be as per the clause 16.1 of GCC 2022 part II.
Performance Guarantee shall be as per clause 16.4 of GCC 2022 Part II.
Tender is governed by the conditioned mentioned in the NIT, General Condition of Contract 2022 with latest amendments, special conditions attached with the NIT and conditions mentioned in the other attached documents with the NIT. The order of precedence is given in theGCC 2022
In terms of Railway Board letter No. 2022/CE-I/CT/GCC Correspondence dated 14.05.2024, It is clarified that "On IREPS Module a facility has already been created for online submission of Annexure-V. Therefore, the provision of downloading of Annexure-V by the tenderer had been discontinued on IREPS". Accordingly, the tenderer shall submit/complete Annexure-V through the online facility available in IREPS at the time of electronic submission of the bid. In case the said online facility is not available in IREPS at the time of bidding, the bidder shall upload a scanned copy of the duly signed Annexure-V.
