MV Panel:
Design, Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of sheet steel enclosed, Dust & Vermin proof, 630A Single tier MV ACB Floor mounting cubicle panel made up of 1.6mm CRCA sheet steel with powder coating, segration of incoming & outgoing feeders should be with necessary clearence to terminate the outgoing cables with suitable capacity, necessary SMC. Bus bar insulator supports, base frame of 75mm x 50mm x 3mm with black colour paints, all Busbars insulated with RYB coloured heat shrinkable sleeves busbars joints are duly tinned, necessary GI bolts nuts washers and spiring washers etc., following switch gears & feeders.
E.B Incoming: 630A FP EDO ACB, shunt & UV Release - 1no, E.B. Incoming metering; 96 sq.mm Digital type Multifunction meter - 1no (VIF&KW, P.F, Demand controller. Earth fault relay - 1no, RYB indication lamps-1no. EB and Generator Busbar: 2"x½"x 2Runs copper flat per phase, 2"x½"x 1Run copper flat neutral OUTGOING: 630A FP SDF Double Break switch with HRC Fuse units - 2 Nos 400A FP SDF Double Break switch with HRC Fuse units - 2nos. 250A FP SDF Double Break switch with HRC Fuse units - 3nos. 125A TP SDF Double Break switch with HRC Fuse units - 2nos.
All Bus bar supports by using MS supported SMC insulating materials. Joints: All Bus bars joints tinned and galvanized bolt nuts with plate & spring washers. INTERLOCKING ARRANGEMENT: Both the EB & DG incomers mechanically interlocked with two lock one key system. The interconnection with the bus bars to the 630A ACB and 630A ACB should be done by using 1½"x½"x2 runs of Copper flat. The interconnection with the bus bars to the 630A FP SDF DB Switches with1½"x½" 400A SDF DB Switches with 1"x½" Copper flat and that for 250A SDF DB Switches with 30mmx6mm Copper flat and that 125A SDF DB Switches with 30mmx3mm Copper flat. And Double earth connection to all the switches should be done using No.8 SWG Copper conductor.
The buses should be mounted on the SMC bus insulator at proper & sufficient spacing between the buses as per IE rules. The bus bar chamber should be segregated from the adjacent chamber by providing hylem sheet of 6mm thick as partition. 1"x1/4"copper flat should be provided all around the panel for earth connection. Phase & Neutral copper buses should be provided with heat shrinkable sleeves using RYB & Black colours. Indicator lamps should be provided with toggle switches & Bakelite fuse unit.
The capacity of fuse switches, size and route location of the UG cable shall be superscribed on all the incoming and outgoing switches. The Panel should be mounted on angle iron frame work of size 3"x1½"x¼" MS channel provided all around the sides of the panel. The whole arrangements should be erected on a suitable masonary pedastal. (All Switches and ACBs should be with ISI mark and of Higher End make only)
Supply and run of 25mm x3mm tinned copper flat with necessary clamps / supports on wall / floor / ground for earth connection.
Supply and laying of 3 ½X 400 sq.mm PVC armoured LTUG cable in a trench to be excavated at a depth of 0.75 metre putting 0.15mtr Layer of sand and covering the cable completely with bricks and sand and refilling the earth to make good
Supply and clamping of 3 ½ x 400 sq.mm PVC LTUG armoured LTUG cable on post or on wall with MS Clamps.
Supply and fixing of brass cable gland for 3 ½ x 400 Sqmm PVC armoured LTUG cable with earth connection.
Supply and providing cable end termination of 3½ x 400 sqmm PVC LTUG Aluminium armoured cable with necessary aluminium cable sockets by crimping etc. with electrical connection complete .
Supply and laying of 2 runs of 3 ½X 300 sq.mm PVC armoured LTUG cable in a trench to be excavated at a depth of 0.75 metre putting 0.15mtr Layer of sand and covering the cable completely with bricks and sand and refilling the earth to make good [HT panel room to 630A Panel in NewBuilding]

Earthing as per the ISI specification with an earth electrode of 2.1 mt class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 40mm, with copper earth plate of size 125mmx50mmx6mm, with necessary funneling arrangements with necessary masonry work and with 38mm RCC cover slab for the brick masonry.
Supply and Run of 1 of No.8 SWG copper wire in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall / floor / ground for earth connection.
