Improvement to existing water infrastructure for external water supply including RO Plant, Softening Plant and allied works at Chandan at AF Stn Jaisalmer

Amount

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc. or for laying of cables, pipes, erection of poles, structs/stays etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing centrifugally cast Ductile Iron spun pressure pipes (Class K-7) of 150mm bore with internal cement mortar lining and external zinc coating (130 gm/sqm minimum) and bituminous finish layer (minimum thickness 70 microns) with socket & spigot ends (ISI marked) conforming to IS 8329-2000 (latest revision) suitable for push on rubber gasket joint complete laid in trenches complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing centrifugally cast Ductile Iron spun pressure pipes (Class K-7) of 100mm bore with internal cement mortar lining and external zinc coating (130 gm/sqm minimum) and bituminous finish layer (minimum thickness 70 microns) with socket & spigot ends (ISI marked) conforming to IS 8329-2000 (latest revision) suitable for push on rubber gasket joint complete laid in trenches including taking down old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified & as directed.

CI/DI fittings (ISI marked) upto 150 mm bore such as bends (any type, radius & angle), Tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc), Tee pieces, single branch, “Y” junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket & spigot), collars, caps & plugs suitable for spigot & socketed pipes, complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Joints shall be measured and paid for separately.

Cast iron body sluice valve heavy duty class ‘PN-1.6’, 80mm bore, ISI marked with confirming to IS-14846-2000, both flanged ends and drilled, high tensile brass spindle, Cast Iron gate with brass ring, non rising type, cast iron wheel handle, cast iron cap, complete with 3mm thick neoprene rubber gasket joint and nuts, bolts (high tensile), washers etc, and testing including taking down old unserviceable valve complete all as specified & directed.

Cast iron body sluice valve heavy duty class ‘PN-1.6’, 100mm bore, ISI marked with confirming to IS-14846-2000, both flanged ends and drilled, high tensile brass spindle, Cast Iron gate with brass ring, non rising type, cast iron wheel handle, cast iron cap, complete with 3mm thick neoprene rubber gasket joint and nuts, bolts (high tensile), washers etc, and testing, including taking down old unserviceable valve complete all as specified & directed.

Constraction of brick masonary valves pit of size 1200mmx1200mmx1000mm (internal dimention of chamber) made with sub class 'B' old size bricks, compressive strength not less than 75 Kg/sqcm bulit in cement mortar 1.6 for sluice valve chamber including necessary excavation, foundation concrete in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and 15mm thick inside cement plaster with cement mortar 1:4 with floating coat of near cement, PCC coping type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate with MS frame with angle iron 40x40x6 mm and cover of MS sheet 3.15mm thick including tarring and painting (where required ) the steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide prime complete and locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Constraction of stone masonary valves pit of size 900mmx900mmx900mm (internal dimention of chamber) made with bulit in cement mortar 1.6 for sluice valve chamber including necessary excavation, foundation concrete in PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation and 15mm thick inside cement plaster with cement mortar 1:4 with floating coat of near cement, PCC coping type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate including necessary form work with MS frame with angle iron 50x50x6 mm and cover of MS sheet 3.15mm thick including tarring and painting (where required) the steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide prime complete as specified and locking arrangement including taking down old existing broken pit complete all as specified and directed.

15mm bore bib tap standard of PTMT any colour, high pressure, screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 90 gms) fixed as in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

Ball brass valve, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe 50mm bore or brass ferrule and fixed as in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and jointing of 3 Layer (PPR) Polypropylene random copolymer concealed Pipes SDR 7.40 (PN-1.60), UV stabilised and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply all PPR plain and brass threaded polypropylene random with all fittings laid in trenches including taking down old unserviceable pipe for the following sizes complete all as specified and directed:-
