1. Supplying & laying of following size PVC insulated, PVC sheathed armoured Aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade, direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. (confirming to I.S. - 1554/1/88). (I.S.I mark.) (Make- Havells/ polycab/ Grandlay/ Rallison).

2. Supplying & laying of following size PVC insulated, PVC sheathed armoured Aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV in the existing masonry open duct as required. (confirming to I.S. - 1554/1/88). (I.S.I mark.) (Make- Havells/ polycab/ Grandlay/ Rallison).

(i). 3.5 X 185 sq.mm

(ii). 3.5 X 150 sq.mm

3. Supplying & laying of following size PVC insulated, PVC sheathed armoured Aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade on wall surface as required. (confirming to I.S. - 1554/1/88). (I.S.I mark.) (Make- Havells/ polycab/ Grandlay/ Rallison).

(ii) 3.5 X 185 sq.mm

4. Supply and installation of SS enclosure for Himadari DG room incoming MCCB 4P of appropriate size with incoming and outgoing opening suitable to accommodate upto 185sq.mm, 3.5 core aluminium armored cable with louvers for heat dissipation and mounting hole for easy wall mounting. (Make :- L&T/ Havells/ C&S/ Legrand/ Seimens ).

5. Providing, fabricating and fixing M.S iron frame fabricated with M.S angle of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm for resting the outdoor panel on ground with 1:3:6 concrete foundation including painting the framework etc. complete as required.

6. Making RCC foundation for resting the outdoor type panel of size 750mm(Length)x 300mm(Width)x 600(depth)mm with 1:2:4 (Icement, 2Course, 4Stone aggregate) complete with 8mm dia MS bar for reinforcement along with Centering & shuttering, 3/4 no. suitable dia G.I coated bolt with double nuts, 65mm dia 45cm length grounding the MS stand in the concrete, space for inlet and outlet cable with excavation the soil & refilling, ramming, curring etc complete as required.

8. Providing and fixing 250 A rating and 36kA breaking capacity, 4 pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubical MCCB Enclosure including drilling holes in Cubical MCCB enclosure, making connection etc as required. Make:- L&T/ Havells/ C&S/ Legrand/ Siemens).

9. Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required. (Make- ISI mark)

10. Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3X16 sq.mm (25mm) size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.
