Taking down existing unserviceable exhaust fan of 450mm/380mm sweep from fan box/ hooks by disconnecting electrical connections from ceiling rose, de-assembling the fan , cutting the winding and removing the coils and rewinding the fan with suitable size of super enameled aluminium winding wire, insulation, varnishing, greasing and assemling the fan, cleaning and testing the fan for its rpm and others and refixing the fan in its position and making connections with existing wire with terminals of ceiling rose complete all as specified.

Taking down existing unserviceable exhaust fan of 300mm sweep from fan box/ hooks by disconnecting electrical connections from ceiling rose, de-assembling the fan , cutting the winding and removing the coils and rewinding the fan with suitable size of super enameled aluminium winding wire, insulation, varnishing, greasing and assemling the fan, cleaning and testing the fan for its rpm and others and refixing the fan in its position and making connections with existing wire with terminals of ceiling rose complete all as specified.

Taking down existing serviceable Exhaust fan of any sweep from fan box/ hooks by disconnecting electrical connections from ceiling rose, de-assembling the fan , removing and cleaning of dust properly , oiling and greasing bearings/ bushes including renewal of washers, split pin, screws, checknuts, pin etc. and re-assembling and refixing in position , connecting and testing complete all as specified.

Renewal of cylinder capacitor 2.5 MFD with earthing terminal for ceiling fan / Exhaust fan / cabin fan motor including soldered leads for connections ISI-1709 , MPP ( metallised polypropylene , SH( self healing) , of the following capacities complete all as specified .

Renewal of cylinder capacitor 3.15 MFD with earthing terminal for ceiling fan / Exhaust fan / cabin fan motor including soldered leads for connections ISI-1709 , MPP ( metallised polypropylene , SH( self healing) , complete all as specified .

Renewal of cylinder capacitor 4 MFD with earthing terminal for ceiling fan / Exhaust fan / cabin fan motor including soldered leads for connections ISI-1709 , MPP ( metallised polypropylene , SH( self healing) , complete all as specified .

Renewal of ball bearing of any size for celing fans/ exhaust fans/ wall bracket fan, cabin fans , table fan etc(bearing number 6201,6202,6203 as required). all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable bush from ceiling fan and making arrangement for ball bearing by lathing at workshop complete all as specified and directed.

Renewal of Gunmetal bush bearing of suitable for ceiling fans / exhaust fan / cabin fan etc. of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Renewal of mild steel hanging clamps suitable for any sweep of fans including necessary nuts, bolt and washers and split pin complete all as specified and directed.

Renewal of upper and lower plastic canopy of any sweep of ceiling fans complete all as specified and directed.

Renewal Poly carbonate Body plug top 3 pin, 16 Amps, ,230 Volts complete all as specified.
