Replacement of old/damaged delivery line 80 mm dia by way of fabrication of the same out of available 80 mm G.I pipe at WSS Lelhar including welding of available Table-17 M S flange(04 Nos). The flanges shall be welded both from inside and outside of the pipe using standard electrode of reputed make. The job includes carriage charges for shifting of 80 mm G.I pipe from WSS Lelhar to site of work.

Welding of flanges to available 80 mm dia G.I bends shifted from WSS Lelhar 300mm to join suction pipe and delivery manifold. The flange welding shall be carried out in double layers using reputed make electrodes from inside and outside of pipe to form strong welding joint.

Providing and fitting of Ductile Iron double flanged, Slanted seat swing check valve( NRV) as per IS 5312. The job includes providing and welding of Table-17 M to G.I. pipe compatible for 80mm dia NRV’s and Sluice valves.

Providing & Welding of 150 mm dia flanges to available 150 mm dia G.I pipe and fitting the same to the washout to be used for chain pulley block for lowering and lifting of the pumping equipment during maintenance. Erection and welding of available 65 mm dia G .I. pipe as vertical support to 150 dia pipe for its strength and durability.

Providing fitting of Nuts, bolts and washers of required size for the fitment of suction pipe, bends and valves.

Providing of natural rubber gasket for 80 mm flanged joints.

Repairs to the existing angle iron ladder by way of steel work in built up sections /framed work including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc as required. in strings, treads ,landing etc of staircase on the steps of the stair as additional support for its strength and to make it antiskid for safety of the staff during the maintenance of the pumping equipment and the suction /delivery manifold.

Providing, installation and testing of manual type triple spur gear chain pulley block . Make = Reputed make Capacity = 2ton (P) No. Of load chain falls = 2 or above Min. Height of lift = 6 M
