The piping shall be included accessories such as filter, drier, sight glass, heat exchanger, suction lineaccumulator etc. as per P & I diagram approved by Consultant. Adequate number of supports shall be included. The piping shall be supported at distances of maximum 1.5 m from each other with suitably placed GS threaded rods of minimum 6 mm thickness when outside the chamber and piping shall be run on cable trays of size suitable to fit the pipes including insulation. Common cable trays can be considered depending on the suitability at site, however the same shall be acceptable to the consultant / owner. Overall, the piping execution shall ensure proper workmanship and a neat and tidy work is expected with straight horizontal and vertical lines and proper supporting. Under no circumstances shall any additional charges be demanded by the contractor for ensuring the same. The suction and discharge lines shall be designed for a maximum pressure drop corresponding to 1.1 deg. C drop in saturated evaporating and condensing temperatures. The liquid line shall be designed for maximum pressure drop corresponding to a drop 0.5 to 1 deg. C in saturation temperature. The piping shall be designed with proper slope in the direction of Refrigerant flow and to ensure proper oil return to the compressor and should be installed with adequate supports to avoid undue vibration. Drain piping with rigid U-PVC pipe from A.C. units to to suitable drain point complete with 'U' Traps for each cold room and supports.Drain lines (inside the chambers) to have 10 mm EPDM / Eqvt. insulation with factory backed Aluminium foil.Individiual Drain outlet line from ACU pipe size shall be same as the drain outlet of ACU and further the header shall be at least one size higher than the drain outlet connection size. Charges for Installation, Testing and Commissioning Installation, testing and commissioning of all above equipment / material as per the system requirement. All tools and tackles, welding machines, welding rods and gases etc. required for fabrication, erection, testing and commissioning shall be arranged by the contractor at his cost. The plant shall be erected, tested, commissioned as per Consultant's approved drawings / specifications and instructions to his and Employer's satisfaction. The refrigeration system shall be pressure tested and evacuated as per standard practice before charging the refrigerant. The water lines shall also be pressure tested as per standard practice. The plant shall be run for a period of three days after commoissioning by the contractor, to assess the plant performance. The contractor shall provide 3 hard copies of operation & maintenance for the plant along with as built drawings. The contractor shall also arrange the training of the operating staff for proper operation & maintenance of the plant (included in above rates)

The Ethylene & carbon di-oxide gas analyzer monitoring system should have LED display ,built in Ethylene & CO2 sensors.It should analyze & display the ethylene concentration in ppm level ( 0 to 500 ppm ) & CO2 level in 1 % ( 0.01 % to 5 % ) with alarm out puts, analogue outputs. Ethylene sensors will regulate the operation of the cylinders automatically. This system also should control ventilation system as well. Necessary quantity of ethylene solution to achieve 50 cycles of ripening process in each banana ripening store to be included in the cost.

Charges for Installation, Testing and Commissioning Installation, testing and commissioning of all above equipment / material as per the system requirement. All tools and tackles, welding machines, welding rods and gases etc. required for fabrication, erection, testing and commissioning shall be arranged by the contractor at his cost. The plant shall be erected, tested, commissioned as per Consultant's approved drawings / specifications and instructions to his and Employer's satisfaction. The refrigeration system shall be pressure tested and evacuated as per standard practice before charging the refrigerant. The water lines shall also be pressure tested as per standard practice. The plant shall be run for a period of three days after commoissioning by the contractor, to assess the plant performance. Scope of Work for Refrigeration System: • Checking of operational log readings recorded by operators during the previous month.& Discussion operational problems, if any, with maintenance/operation staff. • Checking the actual performance of the machines and Checking & correcting the set parameters, if required. • Carrying out minor repairs. Replace parts ,if required. • Making recommendations to client for smooth & trouble free operation of the machines. • Cleaning & combing of ACU’s fins, suction filters, driers, pump ,strainers etc. • To check oil level in the compressor, if less then oil to be charged in to the compressor. • Check liquid sight glass to determine the shortage of refrigerant if any / to check moisture contained in the system. Top up if required. • Inspect system for visible signs of leaks. If found, attend the leaks. If any brazing work involved should be carried out by the contractor at his cost • Inspect & adjust, if required, all safety controls. • carrying out calibration of gauges, temperature , RH sensors etc, wherever caliberation time frame has exceeded • Inspect the condition of refrigerant and drain pipe insulation (drain pipe insulation wherever applicable).To be replaced if found not in good condition. Scope of Work for Insulated Sandwich Panels: • Insulated Panel Structure: Filling of silicon sealant as & where required to stop air leakages if any. • Floor Insulation – checking for gaps created between civil floor and wall insulation and sealing the same with silicon sealant / PUF filling depending on the size of the gap, if created during regular wear and tear or minor damage. • PUF foaming in case condensation due to leakage etc found.

DG set B check with necessary serving changing of filter, oils, Lubricants etc. complete. And with required battery for DG set.
