Bidder is expected to deploy 2 technical resource persons at each locations during the Housing & House Listing Operations (March to October, 2020 (8 Months)) and Population Enumeration (January to March, 2021 (2 Months)). The resources to be provided at National Data Centre / Map Division, New Delhi, Data Receiving Sites at Lucknow and Bengaluru.

Bidder is expected to provide Term license of ArcGIS QuickCapture field mobility app during Housing & House Listing Operations and Population Enumeration (a maximum total duration of 10 months) to capture Terminal Points coordinates and images on the go by the Supervisors. Total 6 lakh Field Named Users (Supervisors) spread over 10 months with approximately 1.2 lakh users (approximate concurrency of 20%) working in monthly batches.
