Supply and lay un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover , class , HV , Type I flat size 300 x 180 x 40 mm laid dry in trenches over under ground cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, Erecting and fixing in replacement Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metres long) and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" wide, complete all as specified and directed.

Painting the existing HT steel poles of including cross arms, clamps, etc with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including thoroughly cleaning of the existing surface, writing of pole numbers in yellow circle 15 cm with black paint on poles. Painting the pole up to 1.5 Mtr height with alternate bands 30 cm height ( 3 Nos black and 2 Nos yellow) from ground level, complete all as specified directed

Labour only for releasing the binding of ACSR conductor of LT/HT 3 phase 4 wire/1 phase 2 wire of overhead line from insulator, removing the jumper, connector, service wire, UG cable and restringing the existing ACSR conductor of any size, length, span upto desired sag and fixing the same ACSR conductor on insulator by proper binding, jumper connection etc complete. Note: (i) Trimming of tree branches upto 1.50 Mtrs distance around conductor is included in the unit rate quoted. (ii) Extra aluminium conductor required for jumpers and binding purpose is included in the unit rate quoted.

Disconnecting and taking out warn out jumpers of HT over head line / sub station any size any length any capacity after removing binding wire/sub station connector of AB switch/DO fuse unit, replacement the any size ACSR conductor jumpers including PVC sleeve in colour coding R/Y/B of same size and length including new biding wire, nut, bolt and washers/connectors suitable for AB switch/DO fuse unit, with providing conducting jelly complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling 11 KV air break gang operated switch triple pole, with Drop out fuse unit any type vertical/ horizantal mounted including operating mechanism for repair/replacement of broken/worn-out components, and insulator etc and refixed same after repairs, overhauling all moving components with providing petrolium jelly in fixed contact and making serviceable complete all as specified and directed.. ( Note:- Warn out components shall be measured and paid separately)

Dismantling of UNSV stay assembly complete with stay insulator all as specified

M&L for Stay assembly fixing mild steel galvanised stay assembly set complete comprising of 20 mm dia, 400mm long stay bow, 2150mm long stay rod 20mm dia, 300mm x 300mm x 6mm stay plate, thimble, GI stay wire of 7/8 SWG upto required length including Loop type insulator of vitreous porcelain, small size with overall dimensions 65x90mm, clearance of hole 16mm, all as shown in electrical plate No.1 of MES Schedule part-I (2009) complete all as specified. Note-PCC, earth work, and loop type insulator shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F for lightning arrestor expulsion type complete with all fittings transmission class , discharge capacity 65 Kilo amps suitable for 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting HT/LT electric connections of defictive outdoor/indoor distrubution transformer step down 11KV / 433 Volts of capacity 100 KVA to 500 KVA, pole mounted/platform mounted, from uploading with help of crain and transporting at local authorised work shop, taking out complete transformer oil from tramsformer, stored the oil in separate container. Opening the top cover for lifting up the core assembly carefully dismantling same. Check the condition of HT & LT winding of transformer and proving new insulation such as craft paper insulation top gasket kreeper paper varnish etc, checking the transformer body for any leakages & rectify by welding as required cleaaning the transformer body internal & externally painting the body with one coat of approved paint, Refixing of the same after ovening of core to achive the permissible insulation level and refilling the transformer oil after dehydration & filteration. Reassembling & testing complete and provide testing report, transfporting back & up load the same at site by using crain safely. Reconnecting & commissioning al as specified. Notes for item No 32 :- 1. Winding wires /strips of copper shall be measured and paid seperately. 2. Spares like Breather assembly, Temp Gauge, LT Bushing, HT Bushing, Top up of new Transformer oil shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items. 3. Dehydration and filteration of existing oil shall be measured and paid separately. 4. Transportation of transformer if required ( to & fro) is deemed to be included. 5. Labour component for fixing of supply only items is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Supply only new HV enamelled copper winding wire/strips of superior quality of suitable gauge and number of turns of any make, type and capacity including cork sheet, fibre glass insulation / paper insulation / cotton ampire tape, varnishing and wooden blocks, bolts, nuts and washers (Brass) soldering and other packing materials etc complete all as specified and directed.

Re-conditioning of LT coil of transformer copper wound made out of super enmelled insulated copper strip as per existing gauge and number of turns of any make, type and capacity including insulating, binding varnishing and backing as required complete all as specified and directed.

Ovening/ heating of transformer of core rating 100 KVA to 500 KVA of with HV&LV coil / winding at steady temperature for up 72 hrs or above to get permissible insulation value complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of HT 11 KV bushes porcelain, vitreous with brass spindle, threaded with washers, nuts, lock nut and rubber seal suitable up to 100 KVA transformer of any make / type / size all as specified and directed

All as per Item No.46.00 here in before but suitable for transformer of capacity 125 KVA to 400 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of LT bushes 415 volts, porcelain, vitreous with brass spindle, threaded with washers, nuts, lock nut and rubber seal suitable for 100 KVA transformer of any make / type / size complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No.48.00 here in before but suitable for transformer of capacity 400 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for top gasket sheet made out of cork sheet with suitable GI bolts, nuts, washers for transformer top cover complete for transformer of capacity up to 100 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & lay 100mm dia bore GI tubing light grade in protection of cable at road crossing /hard standing/pole protection fixed with clamps as per site requirement etc all as specified including taking down U/S one complete all as specified and directed.
