Supply and fixing new 1st Class hard wood (Teak Wood) Frame for 5mm thick mirror of dressing table ladies complete as per drawing.

Material and labour for removing the existing broken glass shutters, supply and fixing new 5mm thick glass set of two with Aluminium channel having two U shaped channel for sliding of each glass shutter compete as per drawing and as directed.

Knobs complete as specified and directed.

Repair toTable Dresssing Gents with Mirror (FD - 230/379)

Material and labour for removing the existing broken / unserviceable mirror, S&F new mirror of 5 mm thick and 6 mm thick plywood for back including two coats of French Polish to all parts complete and as specified.

Supply and fixing new drawers as per drawing.

Material and labour for removing the existing u/s eye hook and S&F new MS eye hook all as specified, complete in all respect at site

Size of cushion 22"x21"x4" thick foam of 40 density for seat & back covered with superior quality tapestry cloth not less than Rs. 180/- per metre as approved by GE/Engr-in-charge . NOTE: The foam cushion in original packing with warranty card and tapestry cover (with zip opening system) shall be brought seperately at furniture yard and after inspection the same shall be fixed.

SOFA CHAIRS 1 PCS : Supplying and fixing in replacement foam cushion (ISI Marked IS-1741) (Make : Sleep Well/Kurlon) 02 Nos in each set for sofa single seater. Size of cushion 22"x21"x4" thick foam of 40 density for seat & back covered with superior quality tapestry cloth not less than Rs. 180/- per metre as approved by GE/Engr-in-charge . NOTE: The foam cushion in original packing with warranty card and tapestry cover with zip (of best quality) opening system easy to remove and washable shall be brought seperately at furniture yard and after inspection the same shall be fixed.

Repair to Chair CBA steel with Arms FD-75(M)

Labour for removing the existing worn out/ unserviceable seat of chair CBA steel and S & F new seat frame of size 460 x 420 mm made from commercial plywood 12 mm thick and 50 mm thick 32 D syn foam cushion, duly covered with cloth /rexine of approved quality and shade, duly stitched all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl. No. 9.01 but for Back of Chair padded Steel of size 460x380mm

Material and labour for welding with 25 x 3.0 mm MS flat iron 510 mm long with holes to fix screws to seat/back frame for fixing sheet/back frame including screws complete all as specified and as directed for Chair CBA Steel (FD 75 (M)

Supply and fixing new PVC Caps complete as specified and directed.

Labour for scrapping down the old painted steel surface for carrying out repairs and filling with putty to obtain even surfaces applying primer to surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade by Engr-in-Charge over one coat of red oxide primer by spraying machine all as specified and directed for the Engr-in-Charge.

Repair to Chair Writing FD/E6/MAP/12

Labour for removing the existing worn out/ unserviceable seat of chair Writing and S & F new seat frame of size 500x450mm made from 12 mm thick Hot pressed Plywood with moulded polyurethane Foam 50mm thick with density 50-55 Kg per cubic Mtr, duly upholstered with fabric of approved quality and shade, duly stitched with PVC lipping all round all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl. No. 10.01 but for Back of Chair Writing of size 500x450mm

Rubber Stoppers complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for scrapping down the old painted steel surface for carrying out repairs and filling with putty to obtain even surfaces applying primer to surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade by Engr-in-Charge over one coat of red oxide primer by spraying machine all as specified and directed.

Labour for removing the U/S worn out / broken cane & re-canning with new plastic cane of not less than 1.8 mm wide x 0.46mm thick and border caning atleast 3.5mm wide as per Godrej pattern including cleaning of surfaces for chair dining, chair writing, chair easy, stool dressing, Bin soiled linen, etc. complete all as specified and as shown in drgs.

TABLE BED SIDE (STEEL) FD/E6/MAP/15 DIMENSION:The overall size of the table bed side 450mm x 450mm x 500mm as shown in drg. DESCRIPTION:The entire frame of table bed side shall be made up of 18mm MS square pipe (18 Gauge) duly black powder coated. The two sides and top shall be made up of 18mm thick prelamainted MDF board. The Back of the table except the top portion as shown in drg shall be provided with 6mm commercial plywood BWR grade duly screwed to frame. The two sides, back and bottom of drawers of the table shall be made up of 12mm thick commercial plywood irrespective of what is shown on drg, except the front side which shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board of walnut shade. The drawers shall be made functional on teak wood runners fixed inside the tables shown on drg.The drawers of the tables shall be provided with 100mm long CP handles.The edges of the drawers or MDF board shall be covered with 4mm thick teak wood bearer.Rest all as per drg. FINISH: All wooden surfaces shall be french polished with two coats after preparation of surfaces and steel portion shall be painted with synthetic enamel black paint.

TABLE CENTRE FD-274 DIMENSION:Overall size shall be 900mm long, 450mm wide and 400mm high. DESCRIPTION: All wood shall be of teak wood. Top of the table shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board of approved shade with 4mm thick teak wood beading all-round the edges of top.Legs shall be made out of 60mmx30mm in section teak wood and 356 mm high. Bottom rail of teak wood of 20mmx50mm in section and 420mm long shall be provided between legs, widthwise at 100mm above the bottom of legs and joining both sides in centre with stiffener of 20x50mm in section.Hard rubber /PVC rings shall be fixed to the bottom of all legs fixed with 30mm long screws. FINISH:All wood surfaces shall be French polished with high gloss finish Rest all as per drg.

BATH MAT PVC FD/E6/MAP/07 DIMENSION :The size of the bath mat shall be 400mm L x 300mm W x 250mmH. DESCRIPTION: The Bath Mat PVC shall be made up of 5mm thick PPCP material .The bath mat shall have centre leg of dia 25mm.The four legs shall be in arc shape and of size 10mmx100mm.The top of the bath mat shall have 3mmx10mm thick stiffener moulded along with the seat in single piece underneath. The weight of the bath mat shall not be less than 1.3 kgs. Make-AMKO or equivalent

TABLE WIRITING FD-275 DIMENSION: Overall size shall be 1145mm long, 600mm wide and 760mm high. DESCRIPTION:All wood shall be of first class hard teak wood except top and right hand side drawer cabinet. Legs shall be of 35mmx55mm in section and 717mm high having 5mmx5mm in section groove at the top of legs at the portion when placed in position.Top of table shall be of 18 mm thick pre-laminated MDF board with 4mm teak wood edging al-round the top of table.Two short stiffeners of teak wood of size 50mmx40mm in section irrespective of what is shown on drg shall be provided between legs at 100mm from bottom of legs. Sides of the box which house the drawer and cabinet shall be 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade. Sides and back of drawers shall be of 12mm thick teak wood planks. Bottom of drawers shall be of 6 mm thick plywood commercial.6mm thick plywood commercial 75mm high partition shall be provided in the drawer. Shutter for cabinet shall be fixed with piano type continuous hinges. Lock shall be provided to drawer and shutters. Recessed handle shall be provided to drawer and shutter.25mm dia and 25mm high rubber shoes shall be fixed to bottom of legs. FINISH: All wood surfaces shall be French polished with high gloss finish. Rest all as per drg.

BED PLY TOP (STEEL) FD/E6/MAP/08(R) DIMENSION:Overall size shall be 2050mm long, 900mm wide and 400mm high. DESCRIPTION:All Steel shall be of rectangular CR pipe of 18 Gauge.The head board shall be 800mm high and Foot board shall be 500mm high.The frame of head board and foot board shall be of 38mmx38mm rectangular CR pipe.18mmx18mm rectangular CR pipe shall be provided in the inner of head board frame/foot board frame as shown in drg.18mm thick both side decorative prelaminated particle MDF board of walnut shade with PVC edging shall be screwed to MS strip arc welded to 18mm thick rectangular CR pipe with standard workmanship both in head board/foot board..25mmx65mm rectangular CR pipe shall be used to make the long rails and short rails of bed hard and welding shall be done for fixing long rails to the legs irrespective of what is shown on drg.One stiffener of size 25mmx25mm shall be welded between the two legs of headboard over 150mm from the ground level.The top of bed hard shall be of 12mm thick BWR ply of approved make fixed over the four equidistant stiffener of size 25mmx25mm SQ MS pipe in line with bottom of 25x65mm long rail section. PVC shoes shall be provided to legs of bed. FINISH:All metal /iron work shall be pre treated with epoxy powder coated oven baked with synthetic enamel black after doing two coats of metal primer. Rest all as per drg.
