(ii) Skilled Manpower required for making area at footvalve clear for intake shall be provided by the contractor and contractor shall provide all safety equipments for manpower for doing the necessary jobs in river/bank area and contractor will be responsible for the safe execution of the said job. (iii) The contractor should detailed the manpower within 1 hr after intimation by department through any medium. (iv) If the contractor failed to detailed the manpower than Rs 1000 per day will be charged as penalty in case of non-compliance or non-rectification of job and being essential nature of work necessary action will be initiated.
