Installation of Tube well Boring Related Water Supply Works at 132 KV S/S Raja Ka Talab District Varanasi

Boring/drilling bore well of required dia for casing/ strainer pipe, by suitable method prescribed in IS: 2800 (part I), including collecting samples from different strata, preparing and submitting strata chart/ bore log, including hire & running charges of all equipments, tools, plants & machineries required for the job, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, upto 90 metre depth below ground level. All types of soil 300 mm dia (DSR 23.1.1.1)

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, unplasticized PVC medium well casing (CM) pipe of required dia, conforming to IS: 12818, including required hire and labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.150mm dia.(DSR 23.3.2)

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well unplasticized PVC medium well screen (RMS) pipes with ribs, conforming to IS: 12818, including hire & labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 150 mm Dia. (DSR 23.4.2)

Gravel packing in tubewell construction in accordance with IS: 4097, including providing gravel fine/ medium/ coarse, in required grading & sizes as per actual requirement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (DSR 23.8)

Development of tube well in accordance with IS : 2800 (part I) and IS: 11189, to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand content (beyond permissible limit), with required capacity air compressor, running the compressor for required time till well is fully developed, measuring yield of well by "V" notch method or any other approved method, measuring static level & draw down etc. by step draw down method, collecting water samples & getting tested in approved laboratory, i/c disinfection of tubewell, all complete, including hire & labour charges of air compressor, tools & accessories etc., all as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (DSR 23.12)

Providing and fixing suitable size threaded mild steel cap or spot welded plate to the top of bore well housing/ casing pipe, removable as per requirement, all complete for borewell of: 150 mm dia(DSR 23.13.2)

Providing and fixing M.S. clamp of required dia to the top of casing/ housing pipe of tubewell as per IS: 2800 (part I), including necessary bolts & nuts of required size complete. 150 mm clamp(DSR 23.14.2)

Providing and fixing Bail plug/ Bottom plug of required dia to the bottom of pipe assembly of tubewell as per IS:2800 (part I).150 mm dia.(DSR 23.15.2)

Supply and fixing of MS top plug of heavy quality including all labour material & T&P.150 mm dia. (NSI No. 19.18e)

Transportation and installation of tube well drilling Rig m/c, compressure for development and other required equipments and accessories at site of work and dismentlling & taking them back after successful completion of the work including cleaning, levelling - dressing the site properly, also disposing off the surplus earth, silt, sand etc. (NSI No. 19.28)

Supply and installation of electrical contral panel of L & T / Havels or equivalent make for single phase submersible pumpset containing contractor relay,ampermeter,voltmeter,preventor etc for 5.0 H.P.pumpset.(NSI No.19.31d)

Supply & Installation of single phase submersible pump of three phase 5 HP outlet 50mm dia. or more, Head 60/24, Discharge 9000/24000 LPH of K.S.B. or eqt. make including cost of labour, T&P and material required for completion of work, with one year of warranty of site.(NSI No. 19.32e)

Lowering of M.S. column pipe in tubewell including supply of nuts, and bolts, packing and also carriage of pipe from workshop to site including all labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (NSI No. 19.27)

Supplying and drawing following 3 x 4 sq. mm sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.(DSR E&M 2022 1.17.12) (DSR 27.23)

Supply & fixing of steel wire rope for submersible pump including cost of labour, T&P and material required for completion of work. (NSI No. 19.34)

Providing and laying C.C. pavement of mix M-25 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator , vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming with wire brush etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. (The panel shuttering work shall be paid for separately).16.75

Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tamping complete.16.42
