CEMENT CONCRETE 1:4:8 (One cement, four sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm gauge hand broken hard granite stone jelly for FOUNDATION including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain cement Concrete in1:2:4 mix (one cement, three sand, six metal) using 20mm size Hard Broken stone as per the direction of departmental officers etc. completed.

Brickworkin CM 1:5 (one cement & five sand) using II class ground moulded bricks of size 9" X 43/8" X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc.,complete complying with standard specification

Fillling with well gravel layers of not more than 30cm thick,well rammed, watered and compacted, complying with standard specification etc., complete.

Plastering with C.M. 1:5 Mix (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges, watering curing and all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and fixing of mild steel door,Truss and Purlins including cost of cutting, welding and conveyance etc.

Painting with enamal paint two coats for Old Iron work including one coat of priming coat and using the best quality Iron primer and best quality synthetic enamel paint etc complete complying with standard specification

Painting with plastic emulsion paint two coats over base coat for new plastered surface for using best quality and aproved colour of oil bound distemper conforming to ISI specification etc., complete complying as directed by the departmental officers as per standard specification.

Providing and laying of Hydraulic Pressed Paver Block size 63mm thick in uniform shape of approved make to be laid in lorrying bone pattern with approved non sticking surface in the top and the rate including leveling the base, preparation of sub base with sand cushion 100mm thick, laying out the pavement, cut the pieces to fit the edge, vibrating the pavers, sweeping the sand grouting, providing transporting, loading unloading and laying of paver block as per standard specification

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sqmm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC sheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe cealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A F.T switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point / Fan point (For electronic regulator).

wiring with 2x1.5sq mm (22/.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductore cable of 1100V Grade in suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe on wall and ceiling with MS accessories in flush with wall with 150mmx100mmx75mm MS switch box with 3mm thick hylem sheet cover for 5A 3pin interlocking CS Plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed Plug point. Supply and run of 2 of 2.5 sq.m (56/0.3)PVC insulated SC unsheathed CU.Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable heavy gauge PVC conduit pipe concealed in wall and ceiling continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour.(SD 44)

Supply and fixing of WT bulk head fitting with guard (Phillips/Bajaj/Crompton/K.Lite) Suitable for incandescent lamp with 11 Watts CFL Bulb Bulb(SD 83)

Supply and fixing of single box type 4"40W flu fitting completed with copper choke and condensor,with condult pipe suspension from the ceiling with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting with Tube (SD 87)
