Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead. (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by M.T/H.T)

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Riveted and bolted (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by M.T/H.T)

Providing corrugated G. S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2

Providing valleys of 90cm wide overall in plain G.S. sheets fixed with polymer coated J. or L. hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. 1.00 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2

20mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by M.T/H.T)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) ((including all leads and lifts carriages of material by M.T/H.T)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level Cold twisted bars (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by M.T/H.T)

Centring and shuttering

Lintel, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms

Pvoviding and fixing of celling PVC Panalling (complete job)

P/Laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS :15622 of approved make in all colours and shades laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete (Size of tile 60x60 cm).

Colour washing such as green blue or buff to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) with a basecoat of white washing with lime.

Painting with silicon and acrylic emulsion based water thinnable sealer of approved brand and manufacture on wet or patchy portion of plastered surfaces: Two coats

Painting steel work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade to give an even shade. Two or more coats applied @ 0.90litre/10sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80litre/10sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Wiring for circuit submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as reqd
