Removal of spalled / weak cracked concrete material from slabs, beams, columns and around the reinforcement including plaster etc with the help of manual chiseling or any other method as directed by Engineer-in-charge including removing carefully around the perimetre of reinforcing bar etc etc all complete and disposal of debris upto 50m lead and all lifts.

For all thickness up to 75mm average in slabs, beams, columns, shear walls, chajjas, spiral staircase steps etc. (Area of the RCC surface as before the applicatioin of treatment is to be measured for payment.)

Cleaning of exposed reinforcing bar including lateral ties/stirrups to be cleaned throughly to remove all the rust/corrision etc. using emry paper/wire brush and providing & applying total rust remover using approved alkaline chemical rust remover ( Dr. Fixit Rust Remover or approved Equivalent ) with paint brush as per manufacture's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in -charge. (Area of the RCC surface as before the application of treatment is to be measured for payment.)

Providing and applying Epoxy passivate coat of Dr. Fixit Epoxy Zinc Primer or approved Equivalent over exposed, cleaned, new/old reinforcing bars to provide a continuous film around the reinforcing bar as per manufacturer's specifications and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Area of the RCC surface as before the application of treatment is to be measured for payment.)

Providing, mixing and applying approved SBR latex of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or approved equivalent with cement in proporation of 1:1.5 ( 1 URP : 1.5 Cement ) to form a slurry as per manufacturer's specifications and applying by brushing/spraying on old concrete surface to develop a bond between old and new surface etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge. (Area of the RCC surface as before the application of treatment is to be measured for payment.)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to dumping ground within 50 Mts lead

Providing and fixing G.I. weld mesh of aperture 15mmx15mm & 17 SWG including cutting, fixing with GI justa nails, washers, screws etc. of approved and required size on RCC surface with power dri Dr. Fixing epoxy zinc primer or equivalent on weld mesh all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand) finished with a top layer 6mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) finished rough with sponge.

Deduct for not providing scaffolding in above item of 18 mm cement plaster as this item of scaffolding is taken seperately

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :

1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Note: 1. Contractor can make arrangement to install plaster / goods lift alongwith all T&P instead of item discribed as above. Nothing shall be deducted or added on account of provision of lift instead of scaffolding. 2. Contractor shall make necessary barricading arrangement at work place including provision of mat below plaster lift etc and nothing extra shall be paid for the same. 3. Necessary safety precautions to protect the human lives, insurance coverage to the labours etc. shall be the sole responsibility of the agency and nothing extra shall be paid for the same.

Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows all complete with :

4.0 mm thick glass panes.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
