Dismantling /taking out existing Textile coverings including frames (if any) or hessain base felt or any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab including removing of dismantled material etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of PVC/ RCC water storage tank of capacity exceeding 1000 litre but not exceeding 2000 litre etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces of wall/ceiling and likes including racking out joints, hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc any description including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rate quoted by the Contractor is deemed to be included necessary scafolding and form works.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI tubing and connections 15mm bore including cleaning or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI tubing and connections 20mm bore including cleaning or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI tubing and connections 32mm bore including cleaning or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for woven chicken wire mesh to exposed top surface of slab or plasteres surfaces of slab/walls including necessary fixing materials, nails etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in padding for levelling course of roof, rounded or chamfer edge sloping, coving all around at the junction of parapet and the roof slab etc concrete mixed with water proofing compound etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for screed bed 15mm thick using WPC on concrete surfaces on roof top in CM 1:3 finished fair and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as speified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)(Note: Water Ponding Test to be carried out after cement concrete/Plaster work for roof for min 72 Hrs)

Supply only integral Water Proofing compound all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment by applying oil bound bitumen primer, having a density of 0.87 - 0.89 Kg/lit, at the rate of 0.40 ltr/Sqm, providing and laying 4 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighting not less than 3 Kg/Sqm of approved make including minimum 10 cm side lap and 15cm end lap, laid and pasted with blue flame torching applications and finally finishing with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint at the rate of 0.1Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement conrete (1:2:4 ) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered edges complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for waterproofing treatment of expansion joints including cleaning the expansion joint / joint gaps by air blower, Filling the expansion joints by light weight, semi rigid Fiber / Joint Filler, applying masking tape on the both sides of expansion joints & filling the joint / gap with Polysulphides (Dr Fixit Pidiseal PS + Accelerator or equivalent products in FOSROC, SIKA or CHOKSEY) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 110 mm dia. PVC rain water pipes with Socket and including Stack clamps out of 50mm by 5mm including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stay to wall or roof for 110mm pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 100mm dia PVC (SWR) bend complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type-C2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in hardstanding /plinth protection and finishing the concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 10 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) etc complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 as in ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered / decorated wall surfaces applying two coats of Acrylic Emulsion exterior grade, weather proof antifungal Paint over a coat of primer including necessary scaffolding and safety measures as required etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered / decorated wall surfaces, applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkaline resistant primer over a coat of 3mm thk wall care putty including necessary scaffolding and safety measures as required etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered / decorated ceiling surfaces, applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkaline resistant primer over a coat of 3mm thk wall care putty including necessary scaffolding and safety measures as required etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered / decorated wall surfaces including complete removal of existing treatment by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc complete and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkaline resistant primer including necessary scaffolding and safety measures as required etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered / decorated wall & ceiling surfaces including complete removal of existing treatment by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc complete and applying two coat of Acrylic Emulsion exterior grade, weather proof antifungal Paint over a coat of primer including necessary scafolding and safety measures as required etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint including necessary scafolding and safety measures as required all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Rotational moulded PVC, double layered, water storage tanks of capacity 1000 litre (cylindrical vertical with closed top), ISI Marked, hoisted and fixed in position, complete all as specified.

Supply and fix 15 mm dia UPVC pipes of pressure rating 10 Kgf/cm2 fixed to walls, ceiling or in floors including jointing cleats, elbows and etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 20 mm dia UPVC pipes of pressure rating 10 Kgf/cm2 fixed to walls, ceiling or in floors including jointing cleats, elbows and etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 32 mm dia UPVC pipes of pressure rating 10 Kgf/cm2 fixed to walls, ceiling or in floors including jointing cleats, elbows and etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material/soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thk (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 Sq.m but n exc 0.38 sqm laid in floors with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Square Metre over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks exc 10 cm width, type C-1 (1:3:6) using 20mm graded aggregate and set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
