M & L for providing water proofing treatment comprising (a) Applying evenly a tack bitumen primer @ 0.50 Kg/Sqm including cleaning surface 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm incl cleaning surfaces. (b) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm incl cleaning surfaces. Ditto all as per 35 above above but on vertical surface skirting,riser of steps & pillars & likes) over 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc . 1.50 sqm but not exc 4 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- The work may be carried out at different location and in different measurement/touch ups even it is below 1 Sqm or othewise.

M&L for preparation of old decoreated external wall surface by complete removal of existing treatment with manual scrapping tools and applying two coats of weather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of wall care putty to uniform smooth surface not more than 1mm thick over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The work may be carried out at different location and in different measurement/touch ups even it is below 1 Sqm or othewise.

Note : (i) work shall be executed upto 4th storey buildings. (ii) Rate of scoffolding shall be included and no extra payment shall be made.

ote : The work shall be carriedout in multistories bldgs upto 7th storeys and necessary sacffolding and safety measures be taken and cost of these aspect shall deemed to be included in quoted rates and no extra payments will be given on this account. Deduct Credit: for demolished/dismantled material of (-) Rs 12200.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part II (Credit Schedule) Note: Tenderer's shall not quote against this item. The amount of Credit Schedule is tentative, however the same shall be considered to arrive at the contract sum.
