A)MECHANICAL PART

Making bore hole, up to a depth of 70 M by RC Drilling Rig and diameter of bore hole 0.45 M

Procurement of PVC pipes and Ribbed Filter ( i) PVC housing pipe of dia 200 mm and wall thickness of 14.5 mm to 16.2 mm as per IS : 12818-1997 of length 3.00 ii) PVC casing pipe of dia 150 mm and wall thickness of 10 mm to 11.2 mm as per IS : 12818-1997 of length 3.00 M iii) PVC Ribbed Screen Filter of dia 150 mm with wall thickness of 10 mm to 11.2 mm as per IS : 12818-1997 of length 3.00 M).

Lowering / installation of DTW Assembly for a length of 70.00M complete.

Shrouding of Tube Well assembly by river pea gravel for a depth of 70 M complete.

Developing of Tube Well by Air Compressor for 18 hours to get sand free discharge of water complete.

Supply, laying & installation of delivery pipes & accessories (Fabricated GI bend 100mm dia, Fabricated GI pipe 100mm dia, CIDF sluice valve 100mm dia, GI equal Tee 100mmx100mm, MS nut & bolts ……...etc)

B) SOLAR PART:-

Installation of 8.0 KW off grid Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant for energizing the 7.5HP submersible pump set. Items Required:- i) SPV Module 8 KW (TATA, Jacson etc), ii) 7.5HP DC surface submersible solar water pump(Varuna/Oswal/Kirloskar), iii) SPCU(Solar Pump Controlar Unit) 8KW capacity (Varuna/ Oswal/Kirloskar), iv) Cable/Wire set, v) Module Mounting Structure(TATA/ Jacson), Vi)Earthing set, Vii) Accessories for Installation (All products are to be MNRE Govt. of India Approved).

Construction of base pillars for Solar Module Mounting Structure: Item No. 1 : Earth work in excavation fof foudation trenches including filling up sides of trenches and removal of spoils after completion of foundation , dressing, ramming, shoring etc. complete including bailing out water where necessary in ordinary soil.

Item No. 2 : Soling in foundation in floor at all level septic tank etc. including filling interstices ramming etc. complete as directed and as specified thickness i) 9cm brick on flat including sand packing.

Item No. 3 : CC Work in proportion 1:3:6 in foundation /abutment/ pier/wing walls etc. with hard broken stone aggregate of size 13 to 38 mm including curing with necessary shuttering , Scafolding etc. where necessary, complete as directed. (shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately).

Item No. 4 : Supplying fitting fixing and laying reinforcement (TATA) in position in RCC work including cutting, bending, cranking with two piles 0.91 M (20 BWG) annealed wire hooking tying complete as directed.

Item No. 5 : Centering and shuttering including propping etc where necessary and removal of forms after completion of CC and RCC works as directed complete. (Measurement to be taken on the face area timbered).

Item No. 6 : C.C. in R.C.C. work as specified and directed and including curing etc. (reinforcemcnt and shuttering to be measured and paid separately) the line aggregate shall be approved clear river sand of course variety and shall be 5 mm down wyrk and not to be pass through a 25 IS sieve (width of apparatus is 0.25 mm) the course aggregate shall be cubical, hard perfectly clean and free from clay and adherents impurities and chemically inter broken stone chips of approved quantity and shall pass through 19 mm mesh without squeezing and be retained on 15 mm mesh. The fine and Crouse aggregate shall be well graded and evenly distributed between the limits and mixes shall be made with adequate quantity of clean water required to have the strength as specified in I.S CODE.

Item No. 7 : Earthwork in back filling of structures, obtained from outside borrow pits filling in 15 cm layers, ramming, dressing, watering, including paying compensation of land if any (with lead up to 30 M and lift 1.5 M).

( C ) CIVIL PART:- CONSTRUCTION OF CONTROL ROOM;-

Item No. 1 : Earth work in excavation fof foundation trenches including filling up sides of trenches and removal of spoils after completion of foundation , dressing, ramming, shoring etc. complete including bailing out water where necessary in ordinary soil.

Item No. 2 : CC Work in proportion 1:3:6 in foundation /abutment/ pier/wing walls etc. with hard broken stone aggregate of size 13 to 38 mm including curing with necessary shuttering , Scafolding etc. where necessary, complete as directed. (shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately).

Item No. 3 : Brick work in cement mortar with 1st class brick as directde in foundation, retaining walls, plinth & steps including recking out joints & curing

Item No. 4 : Providing 2 cm thick damp proof Course (D.P.C.) with cement motor in prop 1:2 with approved damp proofing compound.

Item No. 5 :Earth work in filing in plinth layer not more than 15 cm thick including necessary carriage, watering and ramming etc complete as directed and specified . Head load. (Lead up to 90 M and lift 2 M).

Item No. 6 : Supplying fitting fixing and laying reinforcement (TATA) in position in RCC work including cutting, bending, cranking with two piles 0.91 M (20 BWG) annealed wire hooking tying complete as directed.

Item No. 7 :Centering and shuttering including propping etc where necessary and removal of forms after completion of CC and RCC works as directed complete. (Measurement to be taken on the face area timbered).

Item No. 8 : R.C.C work in slab, abutment cap and above abutment, pier cap, pedestal, dirt wall etc. in proportion 1:2:4 (M15) with hard river shingles of size 6mm to 20mm with proper reinforcement as per design including necessary curing etc. complete as directed with necessary timber shuttering, scaffolding etc. where necessary complete as directed. (Shuttering, scaffolding cost will be paid separately).

Item No. 9 : 125 mm thick 1st class brick nogged wall in cement mortar in prop 1:4 including racking out joints curing etc. complete as directed.

Item No. 10 : 12 mm cement plastering including clearing surface and curing complete as directed.

Item No. 11 : Providing fitting, hoisting and fixing of roof trusses including purlins fabricated using MS circular hollow section conforming to relevant I.S. code, as per approved design and drawings including providing M.S. cleats, base plates, bolts and nuts and one coat of red oxide Zinc Chromate primer and two coats of approved enamel paints complete including fitting necessary cleats etc. for fixing ceiling joists as per design and drawing as directed.

Item No. 12 : Providing galvanized C.I. sheet roofing including supplying fitting and fixing necessary galved, screws / iron "J" hooks bolts and nuts and washers etc. complete as directed including cost of roof truss (measurement on net roof area) 0.63 mm thickness (24 B.W.G).

Item No. 13: Providing 0.63 mm thick glaved ridging including suplying and fixing with necessary glaved. Screw washer etc. (23 cm lapping).

Item No. 14 : Providing, fitting and fixing steel windows/ ventilators (openable) of standard rolled steel sections as per relevant I.S. Code-1038 joints mitred and welded with 15mmx3mmx100mm lugs embedded in cement concrete block of M-10 grade including providing and fixing of projecting hinges (not more than 65mm and not less than 15mm wide) bolting device and steel handles, peg stays of 300mm long etc. complete as per drawing including applying a priming coat of red-lead paint.

Item No. 15 : Distempering two coats including painting two coats to batten with approved paint complete as directed.

Item No. 16 : Soling in foundation in floor at all level septic tank etc. including filling interstices ramming etc. complete as directed and as specified thickness . 9cm brick on flat including sand packing.

Item No. 17 : PIain cement concrete floor base of thickness 63 mm thick in prop 1:3:6 with coarse aggregate of size 13 mm to 38 mm including curing etc. complete as specified.

Item No. 18 : 65 mm thick traced flooring with cement concrete in prop 1:2:4 with broken stone agg. of size 6 mm to 20 mm over one 1st class brick flat soling including sand packing of the voids in between the bricks, watering, ramming properly where necessary etc. complete and 12 mm thick cement plastering. Finishing on top trowelling altering curing complete as directed. (Brick soling to be paid seperately).

Item No-19:- E/W in compound filling

UNDERGROUND PVC DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM : Item No. 1: Earthwork in excavation trenches of walls, retaining walls, footing of columns, steps and septic tank including refilling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of works, breaking clods in return filling, dressing, ramming, watering etc. and removal of surplus earth with all lead and lift upto 2 metre as directed and specified in following classification of soils, including bailing out of water where necessary upto depth below the existing ground level as mention in the approved drawing and as directed and specified.

Item No. 2 : Supplying, fitting, fixing PVC Pipes (IS 12818, 6 kg/cm2), joining pipes with relevant cement, levelling, testing leakages etc. complete as directed. (Cost of E/W foundation trenches will be paid separately). 110 mm dia.

Item No. 3 : Supplying, fitting, fixing PVC unequal tee joining with pipes with solvent cement, testing leakages etc. complete as directed. Size-110mmx110mmx110mm

Item No. 4 : Supplying, fitting, fixing PVC bend pipes size joining with pipes with solvent cement, testing leakages etc. complete as directed. Size-110mmx 90

Item No. 5 : Supplying, fitting, fixing, joining of PVC end cap fitting with solvent cement as per specification including local carriage, testing leakage etc. complete as directed. Size-110mm.

Item No. 3 : 1st class brick work in cement mortar in abutment and wing wall, parapet wall etc.including racking out joints and curing etc. complete.

Item No. 4 : 12 mm cement plastering including clearing surface and curing complete as directed. In prop. 1: 4.

Item No. 5 : Supplying, fitting, fixing 110 mm dia PVC Rising pipe from the toe of main line including local carriage, testing leakage etc. complete as directed.

Item No. 6 : Supplying, fitting, fixing PVC bend pipe size joining with pipes with solvent cement, testing leakages etc. complete as directed. 110mm/90

Item No. 7: Supplying, fitting, fixing 110 mm dia PVC valve at top of PVC rising pipe of spout chamber as per specification including local carriage etc. complete as directed.

Item No. 8 : Supplying, fitting, fixing PVC Pipes (IS 12818, 4 kg/cm2), joining pipes with relevant cement, levelling, testing leakages etc. complete as directed. (Cost of E/W foundation trenches will be paid separately). 110mm dia.

CONSTRUCTION OF BOUNDARY WALL : Item No. 1 : Earthwork in excavation trenches of walls, retaining walls, footing of columns, steps and septic tank including refilling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of works, breaking clods in return filling, dressing, ramming, watering etc. and removal of surplus earth with all lead and lift upto 2 metre as directed and specified in following classification of soils, including bailing out of water where necessary upto depth below the existing ground level as mention in the approved drawing and as directed and specified.

Item No. 2 : Soling in foundation at all levels including filling intersides, ramming etc complete as directed and of specified thickness with 9 cm brick on flat including sand packing.

Item No. 3 : C.C work in proportion 1:3:6 in foundation / abutment / piers / wing walls etc.with hard broken stone agg. of size 13 mm to 38 mm including curing with necessary timber shuttering, scaffolding etc.where necessary complete as directed. (Shuttering, scaffolding cost will be paid separately).

Item No. 4 : R.C.C work in slab, abutment cap and above abutment, pier cap, pedestal, dirt wall etc. in proportion 1:2:4 (M15) with hard river shingles of size 6mm to 20mm with proper reinforcement as per design including necessary curing etc. complete as directed with necessary timber shuttering, scaffolding etc. where necessary complete as directed. (Shuttering, scaffolding cost will be paid separately).

Item No. 6 : 1st class brick work in cement mortar in abutment and wing wall, parapet wall etc.including racking out joints and curing etc. complete.

Item No. 7 : 12 mm cement plastering including clearing surface and curing complete as directed.

Item No. 8 : Supplying fitting fixing and laying reinforcement (TATA) in position in RCC work including cutting, bending, cranking with two piles 0.91 M (20 BWG) annealed wire hooking tying complete as directed.

Item No. 9 : Supplying, fitting and fixing double leaf heavy duty iron gate, frame made from 40mm x 40mm x 6mm M.S. angle and with M.S. flat of 40mm x 6mm size as per approved design.Necessary locking arrangement for temporary closing the gate and 2nos.( minimum) strong iron hinges of M.S bars and flat of same sizes on each leaf to be embedded in C.C brick pillers as necessary including a red oxide painting to all iron works as directed and specified.(Separate payment will be made for posts).

Item No. 10 : Earthwork in filling in Marginal bund / Guide bank / Afflux bund / Canal embankment etc. to the design section and grade by obtaining earth from outside borrow pits and filling in uniform layer not exceeding 15cm thick including clearing light jungle, removing trees upto 15 cm dia and uprooting roots and stumps from the seat at embankment and borrow pit area, breaking clods not more than 10mm cube, ramming, watering, dressing and roughening the seat of embankment, profiling etc. Paying compensation of earth borrowed from private or forest land if any, lead upto 30 M and lift upto 1.5 M complete as directed.

CONSTRUCTION OF SIGNBOARD-1 NO. Item No. 1 : Supply of sign board made of 1.60mm thick MS iron sheet fitted with steel frame of size 1.05 m x 0.75m fixed with 2 Nos. 50mm dia GI (medium) pipes 2.10m above and 0.60m below ground fitted with C.C. work in proportion 1:3:6 and size 0.45m x 0.45m x 0.60m below ground including painting with approved paint including writing letters complete as directed.
