Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (one part of cement five part of sand) mix using best country bricks of size 84"x4"x24" from approved quarry including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete as per standard specification

Plastering walls with cement mortar 1:4 (one part of cement four part of sand) 12 mm thick including all cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specification. TNDSS No:61

Supply and fixing of RCC Precast slab in cement concrete 1 / (1 1/2) 3 mix (one part of cement one and a half part of sand and three part of aggregates) of thick 0.075 m using 20 mm ISS HBG metal including cost of molding charges mixing laying and curing cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specification but excluding cost of reinforcement.

Supplying and fixing of MS Grill of approved design for open courtyard, grill, grill work to doors and window openings etc using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer members which should be fixed on edges including priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc complete complying with standard specification

Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion paints of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including through scraping clean removal of dirt etc, complete and including cost of necessary plaster of paris, putty, brushes, wherever required and all labour charges, scaffolding charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying and erecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting with necessary centering for soffits upto 3 meter height using mild steel sheet of size 90 cm x 60 cm x 10 mm gauge with MS angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (CW) joists of size 10cm x 6cm spaced upto 90cm c/c and casurina props or 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 0.750 cm c/c complying with standard specifications as per TNDSS NO : 30 & 86.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Steel Reinforcement using Mild steel or ribbed tar steel rods, for all RCC works as per the design given by the departmental officers including cost of steel cutting, bending, placing in position and binding with binding wire and all labour charges for cutting, bending, tying and placing in position etc, complete.
