M&L for Air termination franklin type ,copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Copper strip 20 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing with steel earth plate electrode of size 60 x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less tha 1.5 mtr deep below normal grund level connected to galvanized iron strip size 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of steel after wlding of GIstrip to earth electrode to the full length of earht plate, 40mm dia GI tubing lightgrade protection pipe upto test point, 20mm dia GI watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, PCC pit 1:3:6 with pit cover ofsize 30x30 cm made of RCC 1:3: with suitable handle, angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x4m, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate and filling of vegetables soil to the remaining 10% removal of surplus soil and retruning filling in all as required at site including test point made outof steel plate of size 75x75x6mm fixed to wall all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for GI strip 32 x 6mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks PCC Type B1 1:2:4 ( 20 mm graded stone aggregate), exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&l tubing light grade galvanized iron to be embeded in PCC block fitting complete with 40 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Epoxy based insulator of suitable size 40mm height for fixing GI/aluminium earth strip on wall/ceining/floor/poles etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Design, development, supply commissioning and testing EHCC certified ground tubular effective chemical earthing system (CPRI tested for 15 KA current capacity for LT Iine) highly anticorrosive long life electrode with and including adequate protective coating to withstand servere weather conditions in the earth pit of the standard size comprising of 40mm x 3m Long Copper rod as primary conductor and hollow copper tube of 80mm x 3m long as secondary conductor to install with suitable connecting terminal confirming of IS 3043 : 1987 specification, highly conductive packing material to be filled in earth pits for providing uniform, low resistivity anticorrosive, hygroscopic medium around the earth system for improving the efficiency of current dissipation with crystalline conductive mixture (CCM) 20 Kg per bag (3 bag per kit) minimum or sufficient quanitities required as per site complete including RCC earthing pit cover , material and labour complete all as spceified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Excavation / drilling hole in hard soil/rock is included in the rate quoted.

Supply and lay pipe galvanised GI Tubing medium grade 15 mm in wall/floor/Pillar and connection in old or new position including fitting like socket/union/Tee/Reducer Nipple etc complete all as specified and as directed.
