RAJOLIBANDA DIVERSION SCHEME

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 MORD / MORTH

Excavation in all kinds of soil including boulders upto 0.30 m dia for canal, seating of embankment, filter drains/catch water drainsetc., including dressing of bed and sides to required level and profile, cost of all materials, machinery, labour, placing the excavated soil neatly in dump area or for the formation of service road/embankment as directed etc., complete with initial lead upto 1 km and all lifts.

Providing and laying insitu vibrated M-15 ( 28 days cube compressive strength not less than 15 N /sq mm ) grade cement concrete using 40 mm down size approved, clean, hard, graded aggregates for foundation filling including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, formwork, cleaning, batching, mixing, placing in position, levelling, vibrating, finishing, curing etc., complete with initial lead upto 50 m and all lifts. (Cement content: 260 kg / cum with use of super plasticiser(0.4% by wt. of cement),CA : 0.90cum, Blending Ratio of CA--50:30:20, FA : 0.40 cum)

Providing, fabricating and placing in position reinforcement steel bars for RCC works including cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, lapping, welding wherever required,tying with 1.25 mm dia soft annealed steel wire, including cost of all materials, machinery, labour etc.,complete with initial lead upto 50 and all lifts.

Providing homogeneous embankment using soil from approved borrow area in layers of 25 to 30 cm before compaction including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, all operations such as excavation, sorting out, transportation, spreading soil in layer of specified thickness, breaking clods, sectioning,etc.,complete with initial lead upto 1 km and all lifts. and compactingto density control of not less than 90 percent or as stipulated using 2T roller etc., complete with initial lead upto 1 km and all lifts.
