Supply ,Installation,testing and commissioning of 240W power amplifer in a 2U high housing with 70 V/ 100 V and 8 ohm outputs ,Dual inputs with priority switching 100 V input for slave operation on 100 V speaker line ,Mains ,battery back -up and pilot tone supervision complete all as specified and directed.

Supply ,Installation,testing and commissioning of 6 watt ceiling mounted Speakers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply ,Installation,testing and commissioning of 2C x 1.5 sq.mm fire Survival unarmoued cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing, commissioning and testing complete of manufacturer or OEM (Original equipment Manufacturer) manufactured and tested silent static Diesel Engine driven generating set capacity of 400 KVA continuous rating 10% overload for 1 hour in 12 hours of operation) 415 volts ( AC 3 phase, 4 wire system of supply), 50 Hz at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG Set shall consist of a diesel engine coupled directly to a matching alternator and mounted on Dunlop metallastik foundation pads on a common base frame and thereafter installed in the CPCB approved acoustic enclosure compete with control panel standardized by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangement and inlet, outlet return oil arrangement, flexible exhaust pipe complete all as specified and shall comprises of the following:-

(i) Engine (prime mover): Diesel engine 1500 RPM, of suitable BHP, fluid cooled, turbo changed, volts electric 02 numbers maintenance free batteries complete with fly wheel and vibration damper, radiator and all standard fittings /fixture as per standard manufacturing design practices and including suitable instrument panel with RPM meter, lubricant oil temperature & pressure gauge, water temperature gauge and frequency meter (digital type) battery charging ammeter and fuses and also including self starter (24V), battery charging alternator, fuel tank etc and complete with HWT & LLOP alarm and shut down safeties. (ii) Alternator AC alternator, brushless, 415V, AC 50 Hz 3 phase, 4 wire type, rated for continuous outlet of 400 KVA, PF 0.8, 1500RPM insulation class ‘H’ enclosure SPDP (IP23) self excited & self regulated with AVR for + 1 voltage regulation, coupled directly/ suitable to and match the above engine. (iii) Base plate: Made out of structural steel as per manufacturer’s recommended design/specifications. (iv) Fuel tank: fuel tank shall be of 24 hours capacity, made of 14 Gauge CRCA MS Sheet, duly powder coated and provided with level indicator, drain plug, air vent float, gauge and fuel float switch. (v) Safeties: for high enclosures temperature and emergency shut-down from outside. 2 numbers 180AH, 24V lead acid batteries and adequate size copper conductor cable leads.

(vi) Engine control panel: Made of 14 gauge CRCA MS sheet dust and vermin proof, (protection class IP 41 or superior) duly fitted with the equipment/ metres specified in particular specification. (vii) Automatic mains failure (AMF) control panel : fabricated from minimum 14 gauge CRCA steel sheet (including CPRI type certified) dust & vermin proof protection class IP-54 suitable for 414 volts , 3 phase 4 wire , 50 Hz AC supply system with adequate layers of powder coating floor mounting type with front opening & panel shall comprises of all necessary accessories as per complete of manufacturer or OEM including one number onload change over switch 630 Amps, 04 pole, 415 volts, 50 Hz with front operated rotary handle for by pass arrangement of electric supply to be fixed by manufacturer in AMF panel. (viii) Platform/Plinth/Base : Shall be provided as per manufactures recommendations, however minimum 1.0 meter space should be available all around the DG Set and height of plinth shall not less than 0.5 meter. (ix) Tool kit: Operation and Maintenance catalogue 1 year spare part list, overhauling manuals, guarantee card etc shall be provided as per manufacture standard practices.
