Cleaning/desludging of raw sewage in under ground sump well up to the depth of 4 Mtr inclduing screening chamber and various sewage pumping installation by closing main incoming manhole and pumping out raw sewage to neat drain by using portabale non clog pump set, cleaning of raw sewage sump by manually or mechanically using (spl T&P such as movable sewage cleaning tanker) scrapping inside wall and bottom by steel wire bush to remove raw material and transport it to outside cantonment area for disposal at low lying area up to the distance of 10 Kms at his own arrangment where the sanitary hazard do not take place and as per guidelines of civil authority all as directed for disposal. Thereafter cleaning/washing of interior surface of UG sump using high grade bleaching powder and lime mixed water incl painting with two coat of cement based paint.

Supply & replacement of gear oil C-600.

M&L for cleaning of screen and grit chamber of RCC construction of STP of capacity 200 KLD/300 KLD, by bailing out the accumulated raw water at the bottom and removing the complete silt/sludge/dirt from the tank and disposing it away from site as directed, scrapping the tank inner walls and bottom with wire brush and cleaning the tank inner walls and bottom with the bleaching powder slurry completely incl applying one coat of white wash to entire tank externally complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) The rate deemed to be inclusive of T&P and transportation required for disposal of sludge/dirt away from the site.

M & L for painting after scraping of old dull paints from the surface by scretching by wire brushes of steel surface over width or girth such as MS pipes, CI pipe, valve, motor, pump dozer etc and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint by painting brush as per colour code decided by Engineer-in Charge and writing MES/SM No of machinery on the following items :-

(i) Pipe lines of size 80 mm to 200 mm dia including stairs,Gate and GI railing - 30RM

(ii) LT Panel Board- 05 No

(iii) Non clog submersibale pump/Centrifugal pump set with accessories etc - 04 No

Testing of sewage effluent at the (inlet of raw sewage sump and equalization tank and out let of chlorine mixing tank) sampling and analysis to be carried out by NABL accredited authorized LAB or any State/Central Govt Lab as per IS - 3025 for essential parameters such as BOD/COD/F Coli Note: Sample of raw sewage & post treatment sewage water to be collected by contractor in presence of rep of accepting offrs and submitted result of the test.

Taking out old sluice valves 100 mm dia to 150 mm dia,repairing,servicing, overhauling &greasing , incl replacement of gland packing, rubber insertion sheet & replacement of nut & bolts complete all as specified and directed

Repair/dechoking of choked sewage lines at sewage treatement plant with the aid of clearing rod,Brush and heavy duty submersible pump of 3HP Cap with discharge of 5000GPH and testing the entire STP sewage line for choking for minimum period of 8 Hours and rectifying the defects noticed all as per directed and specified by Eng-in-Charge.(Work includes dismantling of any elbow,sluice valve and pipe line if found necessary for dechoking of pipe line and also assembling the same complete)

M&L for replacement of existing of high quality Mild steel mesh for raw sewage well of suitable size as required and all as specified and and directed.

Supply only stable bleaching power (SBP)(Calcium hypochloride)Grade I,availabilty Chlorine 34 % min,Stability 1/15 Max,moisture 0.3% max etc all as per IS Make: Lion/ Shriram (DCM)/Aditya Birla or equivalent approved by GE

Strip opening activated carbon filter and pressure sand filter plant of approx size 2000 GPH (approx 1200 mm dia x 1500 mm height), removing old filter media/ carbon media complete in layers or as specified by OEM and cleaning the internal surfaces with fresh water including applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on external surfaces and re-filling up with new filter media/ carbon media, replacement of strainers etc in layers all as per manufacturers recommendations/ existing incl testing and commissioning etc complete all as directed. Note: New filter media will be measured and paid separately under relevant SCh A item.

Strip opening of Rebomax Boiler Model No:- RX-06/1842 (2000) and RX-06/1843 (2000), 600 Kg/ Hr capacity installed at Laundary Plant 167 Military Hospital, Pathankot for complete servicing, overhauling and including replacement of existing old un-serviceable / worn out parts and re-assembling the same after complete repair/overhauling including making all electric, fuel and water connections as required . Note:(i) The cost inclusive of necessary T&P of lowering vertical turbine/submersible pumpset carefully without any damages to pump, motor, shaft, column pipe and casing. Any damages shall be beared by the Contractor at his own cost. (ii) The rate inclusive of re-connection of motor of Vertical turbine pump set.

S&F in repairs submersible pump controller type in sheet enclosure for maximum motor output 30 HP/22.5 KW with relay max range 30 to 50 Amps suitable for AC -3 duty, 415 V 50 Hz, 3 Phase AC supply with overload, Single Phasing, Phase reversal, Phase imbalance, auto restart features, IP 54 enclosure complete with Voltmeter & Ammeter , LED indication lamps, push buttons etc complete.

Strip opening of 3 phase AC submersible motor, taking out burnt winding coil complete and re-winding with PVC insulated super quality water proof winding wire including PVC seal (water proof compound) and thrust bearing as per requirement of existing size and make, re-assembling the motor and testing complete of capacity 30 to 50HP motor.

Taking out worn out bearing/ bush sleeves from the submersible motor of capacity 30 to 50 HP and providing new stainless steel, turning and polishing of bushes complete including checking of allingment complete in all respect all as specified and directed.

Note: - Spares parts and their fixing shall be paid separately under the respective item of schedule 'A'

Note for item No.1 to 287: The work involves of various areas of AGE E/M (S) Pathankot. The Contractor shall depute manpower on daily basis attending and rectifying the job in time.If any breakdowns/complaints simultaneously occured in any areas shall be attended simultaneously by deputing additional manpower/T&P for rectification of defects.The rate quoted deemed to be included for the same.Recovery for non attending of any type rectification/complaint/breakdowns shall be at the rate of Rs 2500 per day irrespective nature of complaint/defect.
