Dismantling the existing damaged Pressed tiles including all labour charges etc.complete

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five M.Sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed stone M.Sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Paving the Floor with scratch proof ceramic tiles of size 305x305x6mm including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 20 cm X 20 cm X 2 cm laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight.(New Tiles - 10%)

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete

Distempering the old walls and ceiling one coat with best oil bound distemper of approved quality including preparation of surfaces (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use) the rate includes cost of brushes, high scaffolding charges, neat finishing, cost of brushes etc., complete

Re Painting the walls with Two coats with first class quality Plastic Emulsion paint of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt. The rate includes cost of brushes, sand paper, plaster of parries, putty wherever required and neat finishing etc., complete

Special desing Art work with first class quality emulsion paint including wall putty priming coat etc complete Rate for 100 sq ft.

Providing block board painting in two coats with good quality paint including cost and conveyance etc. complete.

Painting Two coats of Old Iron works such as steel doors, windows, , window bars, balustrades, etc, with best approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coats, etc., complete

Wiring with 2 X 1.5 Sq.mm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Copper conducutor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories inflush with wall with 3 mm thick Hylum sheet cover with TW box And 5 A FT switch with continuous earth connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed Light point / fan point (For electronic Regulator) SD 20

Wiring with 2 X 1.5 Sq.mm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Copper conducutor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories inflush with wall with 3 mm thick Hylum sheet cover with TW box And 5 A FT switch with continuous earth connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC Plug Point etc

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 22 x 11 x 7cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick.in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing cuddapah slab 38 to 40mm for shelfs including labour charges for fixing etc., all complete
