A/R and M/O Buildings in IIT campus area at IIT Delhi

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note - Item to be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement/plying of load carrying motor vehicle of 3.5 cum or more.

Cleaning and desilting of gully trap chamber, including removal of rubbish mixed with earth etc. and disposal of same, all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines. Dechocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150 mm dia upto 300 mm

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling gravels of size range 5 mm to 10 mm, in the recharge pit, over the existing layer of boulders, in required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer- in-charge.

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling coarse sand of size range 1.5 mm to 2 mm in recharge pit, in required thickness over gravel layer, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Cleaning of existing Soak Pit of size 4 ft X 4 ft in all the area of campus as per the direction of Engineer- in - charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations:- (i) Removal of existing RCC slab from existing chambers. (ii) Removal of all existing bricks bats of different size from the chamber, and then washed with water. After washing the material i.e. brick bats etc, the material will be again placed in the chamber in sequence of size as instructed by engineer in charge. (iii) Placing horticulture synthetic green net/ mesh/ Hessian cloths over the bricks bats. (iv) Placing the existing RCC slab in positions. The disposal of rubbish/silt will be paid saperately.

Cleaning of underground Injection recharge well of different size and depth upto 5 meter & above, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations:- (i) Removal of all material from the chamber, and then material to be washed with water pressure pump.(ii) After washing the material i.e. stone aggregate etc, the material will be again placed in the chamber in sequence of size as instructed by engineer in charge. (iii) The green net/mesh/hessian cloth to be provided over the layer of stone aggregate and layer of Coarse sand. (iv) Providing & laying Coarse sand over green net/mesh/ hessian cloth. (v) Cleaning of holes of perforated pipes. (vi) All the safety & security provision shall be taken by executing agency before & duly execution of work. Executing work agency will be the soul responsible for any accident/ miss happening during work. The disposal of rubbish/silt will be paid separately.

Cleaning of all dirt/mud, scales, oil, grease & foreign material etc. complete from drain /channels & disposal of same all as per direction of Engineer in-charge.
