Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls, concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water remove dust, debries/ rubbish etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering (Internally) 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick walls or on concrete surfaces, plastered surfaces finished even and Smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceiling, etc., plastered surfaces finished even and smooth, without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing new Plastered Surfaces of Walls and applying Two Coats of Distemper Oil Emulsion over a coat of alkali residtant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on ceiling and applying three coats of white wash etc complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of old white wash surfaces and applying one coat of white wash on wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour Washing, rubbing down and stopping of of old distempered wall surfaces and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion on wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted wood or wooden based surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for applying one coat of synthetic varnish on old wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for grinding of old terrazzo/kota tile floor, skirting, marble / granite kitchen cooking plat form using machine with acrborandum of 220 to 350 grit and applying oxalic acid powder, machine fitted with hessain bobs and finally applied with wax polish complete all as specified.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frames) exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4.0 Sqm etc complete all as specified and directed

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm and removing to store etc complete all as specified and directed

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 Sqm ad n exc 2 sqm each etc complete all as specified and directed

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new one.

Supply and fitted to chowkats 2nd class hard wood glazed and skelton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc,. (without sash bars) edges of framing plain , chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc, 35 mm thick shutter. Size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I clause 8.20 (a) complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs double action spring hinges,150mm size mild steel with steel wire spring, stove enamelled black complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

S & F pressed steel door frames of size 105mm x 60 mm with one or more rebates manufactured out of 1.25 mm thick plain black mild steel sheet including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for filling in pressed steel door frame.

S&F II nd class Hard Wood as in plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints etc all as specified

S&F plain, framed, panelled shutter (any number of panels) of II nd class Hard wood 30 mm thick, with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers etc

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS tube, supplying and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing.

S&F factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter with particle board core , 28 to 30 mm thick(styles) with 2,4 or 6 raised panel design with 2 mm thick moulded PVC sheet on the front face and 2 mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face and fixing in frame at site as per specification and drawing.

S&F stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed tinned tacks or aluminium wire staples complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in hold fast etc

M&L for preparing surface of wood and wood based material treating back of chowkats etc, area tarred exceeding 0.1 Sqm but not exceeding 0.5 Sqm each and treated with tar or coal tar black paint etc

As per item No 37 herein above, but treating small articles such as hold fast etc area not exceeding 0.1 Sqm each

M&L for preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description, not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix powder coated aluminium ( minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) section as in window, ventilation, glazed with aluminium shutter, one or more rebates including joining clips for fixing, glazing clips, rubber beading screwed and handle complete all as specified and directed by EIC including taking down old joinery.

M&L for ceramic floor tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match

Supply and fix granite tiles 20 mm thick tile, machine cut, bull nosed /rounded edge, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing etc including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix 100mm long butt hinges extruded aluminium alloy with galvanised mild steel hinge pin, anodised and fixed, type B-21.

Note : The quoted rate shall be included providing safety gadgets to the deployed worker as per govt norms and holidays as per labour laws in vougue. Minimum fair wages shall be maintained any dispute in this regard the principal employers decision will be final and binding
