PROVISION OF WORK STATION WITH ACCESSORIES AND CUPBOARDS FOR SECURITY SECTION AT AF STN CHIMNEY HILLS

S&F 18/19mm thick Block boards, grade 1 quality interior grade, commercial type fixed to frame as in work station, cupboard, cabinet shutter/shelves and similar items including suitable lipping of PVC, incl screws, including suitable size of drawer chanels, movable wheels with lock & complete fixing arrangement etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Only Lock shall be measured and paid separately).

S&F Decorative laminate 0.9mm thick type 1 of surface finish, colour and pattern as approved, manfacturers instuction fixed with block boards as in work station, cupboard, cabinet shutter/shelves and similar items complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Powder coated aluminium(minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors,windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size,including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top,bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws,glass partion where ever required all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 12mm thick plywood BWR type BB fixed with screws fixed to timber frame work as in Aluminium partition, drawers and similar items complete all as specified and directed

S&F of 5.50mm thick glass exc 0.50 sqm for fixing in aluminium doors, partitions etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F auto concealed hydraulic stainless steel spider/butterfly hinges 75mm suitable for cupboards complete all as directed.

S&F 100mm size handles of stainless steel fixed with screws complete all as specified.

M&L 65mm, 4 levers Brass lock for drawers/cupboards all as specified.

M&L Teak wood lipping 6mm thick and 12mm wide fixed to plywood/block boards with suitable adhesive incl complete polishing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
