S&F in replacement copper electrode chemical earthing with high conductive, corrosion resistant, CPRI Tested and CE Certified maintenance free chemical earthing pit (pipe in pipe technology Based) in which primary conductor (Pipe) having 40 MM dia and secondary conductor having 80 MM dia. The primary conductor is inserted into secondary conductor and between secondary and primary conductor of earthing electrode crystalline compound is to be injected. The length of this electrodes is min 3000 MM (3 meters) having 45 Kg of ground enhancement compound. It contain a homogenous mixture of conductive cement, electrolyte corbon, Hydrous alluminium cilicate and other electrolyte compound complete and 60 Kg contain a homogenous mixture of conductive cement, Coal powder, electrolyte corbon, Hydrous alluminium cilicate and other electrolyte compound. Filled in earth pit of bore hole of 200 to 250 MM dia and depth upto 6.15 meters min length of electrode will be increase with connecting of 32 x 6 mm copper strip extra up to 3.5 meters, and total depth of earthing electrodes in min 6.15 meters for achieve resistance valve less than or equal to 1.0 Ohm including RCC earthing pit cover having 450 x 450 CI chamber cover all as directed. Note: (a) If less than 1.0 Ohm result has not achieved at site, the contractor is responsible to done grid system to achieve the desired result and no extra payment shall be claimed by the contractor to this effect. (b) Earth continuity conductor of length upto 7.50 mtr from electrode shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate).

M&L for replacement earthing complete with Copper plate 600x600x3.15mm thick electrode & 20x3 mm copper strip as earthing lead buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.0 mtr deep below ground level) with top edged of the plate not less than 2.40 mtr below normal ground level, connected to copper earth lead by means of bolt, nut, check nut and washer of copper strip of size 20X3.15mm as earthing lead as shown in Electrical Plate No 4 of SSR Part I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/ loose soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm stone aggregate, funnel, 20mm dia GI med grade water pipe, 40mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, CI frame and cover, wire, copper lugs, wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alterative layer all around the earth electrode compacted thickness 15 cm including excavation and earth work pit cover including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, complete testing on completion all complete as shown in electrical plate No. 4 of SSR part No1 all as directed. M&L for replacement earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X600mmX6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to galvanized iron earth strip 32x6 mm, (main earthing lead ) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) with connected to earth test point & to main switch board with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate & 15 mm dia GI pipe light grade for earth lead protection pipe for suitable length and GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade for watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh including necessary earth work and PCC (1: 3 : 6) type C-1 for earth pit and 40 mm thick precast RCC cover in 1 : 2 : 4 type B1 with 3 Nos 6 mm dia MS bars both ways complete all as specified & directed. M&L for cutting and threading of existing GI pipe of dia upto 25mm for branch connection including provisioning / insertion of 01 No Tee GI of 15 or 20mm dia outgoing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of size 40mm dia laid in trenches as well as fixed to wall with provisioning of suitable sizes of MS clamps (1 mtr apart), screws etc for passing of lightning arrester strips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacment porcelain insulators for fixing roof/down conductor including fixing of screws etc as specifed and directed.

Taking down carefully point wiring complete of any type (batten/surface conduit or concealed) for light point, fan point, bell point socket point or power point complete with all fitting such as switches, sockets pendants, ceiling rose, round block etc complete and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor or ceiling with plaster of tiles or roof treatment etc and finishing the surfaces with distemper/white washing/colour washing to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring controlled by one 5A switch using 1.5 sqmm cable (nominal area) stranded copper conductor (FRLS), single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed cable, 1100 V grade in and including concealed PVC conduit of size not less than 20mm dia all as directed with sunken type pressed steel terminal box 1.6 mm thick of suitable size, duly painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of black bituminous paint for mounting fittings/ junction boxes and wiring to be terminated in pressed steel sunken boxes with and including all accessories and using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed cable as in earth wire connected to common earth dolly completed all as specified and directed for following :- (A) One Light/fan point controlled by one switch

Repairing of light point (normal/ flameproof), fan point, socket point 5A/15A, switches sockets, fan regulator, light fixtures any type, lamp any type, MCB DB's & all electrical accessories in day to day/door to door maintenance and making it serviceable in all respect with replacement of any major part but including small length of wires (not more than 50cm) adhesive cable and other connected minor accessories by providing sufficient and skilled manpower. Work shall also include to check & removal of current leakages in Bldgs and any urgent nature of work as and when directed. The scope also include cutting of existing Bakelite sheet to accommodate new elect fittings/fixtures like switches, sockets, fan regulators etc. Note :- (a) The rate quoted by the contractor for Each Job is deemed to be included consisting of minimum 03 complaints in working hours between 0900 AM to 0500 PM in NP area by engaging one electrician and one helper. (b) The contractor or his representative will take complaint from MES complaint Register through MES job card. (c) The contractor will made separate items register with location and signature of user. (d) The contractor will maintain complete details of Job cards (Working/Off working hours) and items involved with date and user signature. (e) The ladder and T&P as required will be provided by the contractor. (f) Risk factor & security pass will be the contractor's end. (g) Material will be measured and paid separately in the relevant item here after. (h) All supply material shall be deposited by contractor in MES store yard and issued in every Job Card as per requirement. (j) The tradesmen should be available at MES area complaint cell (In MES Complex), after completing their daily Job Cards as well as during off working hours / Night / Sunday / Holiday.

All as per Item No. 91 above but for attending the electrical complaints during off working hours / Night / Sunday / Holiday time for 12 hours. Note :- All as per item No 91 above but the rate quoted by the contractor for 'Each Job' is deemed to be included 01 complaint in NP area

Disconnecting, taking down & removing carefully the existing ceiling fan, exhaust fans, wall bracket fans, air circulating fans and pedestal fans etc. of any description, any sweep and from any position/locations for repairs/servicing/numbering, dismantling & opening of the fans, checking serviceability of parts, overhauling by necessary cleaning, oiling & greasing, fixing the serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective/ unserviceable parts, if any, with new parts, reassembling the fans, making necessary adjustment and proper alignment of blades, hanging/fixing the repaired fans in position, connecting to existing electric sources and testing at site to the entire satisfaction of the department complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The replacement of defective/ nonfunctional parts shall be measured & paid separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ and fixing charges for new items are deemed to be included under this item. (ii) Burnt out windings replaced, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item here-in-after. (iii) The rates for above items are deemed to include transportation charges from E/M store yard to workshop and vice versa.

Taking out & removing old burnt-out winding and rewinding of motor of ceiling fans 1200/1400 mm sweep of any description and rewinding of fan motor with appropriate size super enameled copper wire approx 200 gram including insulating material such as illumines paper, letherized paper, cotton tape, glass sleeving, insulating varnish etc testing at workshop and transportation to site, connecting and testing on full load to the entire satisfaction of the department for the following Fans:- Make of winding wire: Atlas/Finolex/ Devi Dayal
