Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms or by road dust cleaning machine and finally fanning the cleaned surface with compressed air to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as directed. Note: Rate included for removing grass, root & vegitation/scum on black top surfaces grass, root & vegetation/scum complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.)

M & L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen primer VG-10 @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as directed.

M & L for Pre-mix bituminous, macadam 4% binder content by weight of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with 8 to 10 ton power roller complete all as directed. (Mix shall be from hot mix plant and spreading shall be with mechanical paver).

M&L Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content VG-30 by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete prepared in hot mix plant and spread with mechanical paver machine and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as directed.

M&L Broken brick bats Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as directed.

Dismantling of old machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size of 80 mm thickness carefully without breaking the same and stacking properly complete all as directed.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C- 1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base,path complete all as directed

Sand filling under floors for cushioning of flooring complete all as directed.

Laying only machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block retirived against item No 06 complete all as directed.

M & L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block coloured rubber moulded any shape and size with grey cement and no pigment conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade complete all as directed.

M & L of cement concrete Type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping ,throating etc. complete all as directed.

M&L for one coat of glazed lacquer resin and hardener paint (polyurethane) including prepration of old painted surfaces on brick, stone concrete, asbestos cement or plaster surface of any discription as per manufacturer instructions and all as directed.

S & F of superior quality Speed Bump 350 mm wide and 50 mm height (min weight 5210 gms) pre-colored material (Black/Yellow) and UV stabilizers keep them perpetually colorful, Studded with reflectors on either side, mounted on a road including fastners and screws as per manufacturer instruction complete and making good the surfaces complete all as directed. Make : Model No DA 1008 (speed bump) of dark eye or equivalent of 3M/Sun Eyez/ M/s Texla plastic & metal pvt ltd / M/s Automat Road safety pvt ltd.

Material and labour for painting centre line, arrow ,dashes, letters etc not exc 10 cm wide on roads pavement with retro reflective thermoplastic roads marking paint not less than 2mm thick of approved make applied with machine as per manufacturers instruction including preparation of surfaces complete all as directed.

S&F Solar road stud made of aluminium alloy , 100% water proof with high efficiency mono crystalling solar panel 2.4 V/ 0.30 watt , one Ni-Mh or Ni-Cd rechargable battery (1.2v/1600MA), six super bright LEDs with 10000 to 18000 mcd, bearing weight of 10 tonnes (appx) fixed as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as directed.
