Providing and laying cement concrete M-25 (M-twenty five) design mix to obtain the minimum crushing strength of 25N/mm² (twenty five Newton per millimeter square) graded/crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size with minimum cement contents of 400 kg (four hundred kilogram) per cubic meter mechanically mixed and vibrated including curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in foundations, footings, bases of columns and the like and mass concrete upto all height depth and HPPWD specification approved drawing design as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement approved make i.e. SAIL, RINL, JINDAL, PANTHER OF (JSPL), SHYAM STEEL for reinforced cement concrete work including bending binding straightning and placing in position complete including cost of binding wire upto any floor level/height as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm (zero point six zero millimeter ) thick prepainted steel sheet of TATA Durashine in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 (twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimeter ) dia meter with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required complete any floor level/ height as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm (sixty centimeter) overall with 0.60mm (zero point six zero millimeter ) thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets of TATA Durashine with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 (twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5(five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimeter) dia and prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required complete upto any floor level/ height as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . Providing and fixing 0.63mm (zero point six three millimeter ) thick sheet of TATA Durashine 15 cm. wide 45 cm. overall semicircular plain G.I. sheetgutter with iron brackets 40x3mm size bolts and nuts and washers etcetera including making necessary conections with rain water pipe complete as per design upto any height as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing M.S.BP Sheet makes of TATA Durashine 1.66 to 2.00 ( One point sixty six to Two point Zero Zero) milimeter thick in eaves board /facia/soffit /ceilng including cutting ,fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coatof red lead primer complete upto any height as per direction by the Engineer in charge (base member of steel work shall be measured and paid for separately) complete in all respect including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work approved make of Sail, Tisco, RINL, Jindal, Pantner of (JSPL) Shyam Steel,including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in beams joists channels ,angles , tee ,flats with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams,hip and jack rafters,purlins connected to common rafters and the likeupto all heights as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials .
