Amount

Providing and constructing 50 mm. thick Modified Penetration Macadam (MPM) road surface including all materials, preparing the existing road surface, spreading 40mm. stone layers metal 30% crusher broken metal + 70% Hand broken metal (By breaking Rubble obtained by blasting) , heating and spraying the bitumen of specified grade @ 1.75 kg / sqm, spreading 12mm.size chips compacting with Static roller having weight 8 to 10 MT. to achive the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506 etc.complete, including applying tack coat of bitumen 0f specified grade at the rate of 0.30 Kg Sqm.(on existing bitumen surface.)

Providing and applying tack coat with low viscosity bitumen of VG 10 grade using bitumen pressure sprayer on the prepared bituminous/granular surfaces cleaned with mechanical broom and as per relevant clauses of section-503 of specifications.:(A) @0.30 kg per sqm (dry & hungry bituminous surfaces /granular surfaces treated with primer)

Providing and applying tack coat with low viscosity bitumen of VG 10 grade using bitumen pressure sprayer on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom and as per relevant clauses of section-503 of specifications.: (B) @ 0.25 kg per sqm (normal bituminous surfaces)

Bituminous Macadam:Providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction and as per clause 504 of specifications:a) Using Batch Mix Plnt of appropriate capacity and Paver finisher Hydraustatic with Sensor: for Grading II (19 mm nominal size) bitumen content 3.5%

Bituminous Concrete:Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 507 of specification:a) Using Batch Mix Plant of appropriate capacity and Paver Finisher Hydraustatic with Sensor control:for Grading-II (30-45 mm thickness ) with 60/70 bitumen(VG-30)

Seal Coat:Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A and B seal coats all complete as per clause 511 of specification.Case - II : Type B (Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat with HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tonnes/ hours using crushed stone chipping (aggregate shall pass 2.36mm seal and retained to 180 micron sieve) and penetration bitumen of suitable grade all complete as per clause 511 of specification

Providing and Laying hot applied thermo plastic road marking strip on Bituminous Surface of specified shade / colour of 2.5 mm thick including 1.5 Refractive index reflector izing glass beads @ 250 gm / sqm. Thick ness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35:2015. Initial Dry reflectivity RL shall be > 250 mcd / sqm / lux measured in the initial 7 days and sustained reflectivity RL of 100 mcd / sqm / lux and Qd of 100 mcd / sqm / lux measured at the end of 2 years by means of a Standard Reflectometer of Zehntner, Easylux, Delta make capable of measuring RL & QD both according to IRC 35 : 2015 clause 15.5. The finished surface to be level, uniform, and free from streaks and holes complete as per direction of Engineer - in - charge and in accordance with applicable specifications. ( Refer MORTH Clause 803 for technical Specification and Performancefor IRC 35 : 2015).

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ centralverge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.All Kind of Soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Laying old cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-incharge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost)

Providing and laying factory 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete paver block of approved shape and colour of M-30 grade made of C&D waste by block making machine with vibratory compaction laid in required pattern and including over 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc.all complete as per the direction of Engineer In Charge.

Brick on edge flooring with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12 mm cement mortar, including filling the joints with same mortar, with common burnt clay non modular bricks: 1:6 (1cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
