Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST - CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) - treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion Chlorpyriphos / Lindane (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litres per hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint - Premium of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade- one or more coats on old work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade – one or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade-old work (one or more coats) applied @ 1.82 ltr/10 sqm

Finishing walls with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicon additives of required shade-old work (one or more coats applied @ 0.83 ltr/10 sqm)
