Construction of 04 Nos fire hut of size 3000x2400x2000 mm duly made of GI / MS Angle post support & frame structure covered by Asbestos corrugated (AC) Roofing sheet and BC platform as per technical specification with all cost of men materials angle hardware and consumables and T&P etc. required for the job as per details given below (03 Nos. for 220 KV S/s Gola)

Grouting of 04 Nos. 75x75x6 mm GI/MS Angel of size 2500 mm after due fabrication with CC Mixture in the ratio of 1:2:4 fixing & welding of open hut type GI / MS Angle frame structure of size 3000x2400x2000 mm by due fabrication with 75x75x6 mm size and 50x50x5 mm size GI/MS Angel posts by due cutting drilling welding etc.

Fixing and fitting of Asbestos corrugated (AC) roofing sheet of size 3'x4' to cover the roof of open hut type GI/MS Angle frame structure of size 3000x2400x2000 mm with "J" hook bolt , nut and washer etc. for each fire hut.

Construction of BC Floor/Platform of size 3.60x3.00x0.20 M for each fire hut with first class brick ballast, cement and sand mixture in the ration of 1:4:8 and finally, 12 mm thick plastering with cement and sand mixture in the ration 1:4

Fixing of 03 Nos. MSBP Sheet board of size 300x150 mm in the Angle Frame structure of each fire hut after due fabrication by cutting drilling, welding etc. Of MSBP sheet

Painting of above angle post and frame structure with red color synthetic enamel paint of 1st quality in 2 coats after applying 1 coat of red oxide primer and writing **vkx** and fire on the MS Sheet board from each fire hut.
