Supply & drawing of 3core, 1.5 sq mm size cord wire / PVC insulated, PVC sheathed copper conductor cable (Finolex/ Poly-Cab/KEI make) as approved, in existing steet light pole for steet light connection from junction box to steet light etc as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3 core x 6 sq mm size of PVC insulated armoured and PVC sheathed aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supply and fixing of of 40 mm dia GI (medium class) , 1.2mtr length single arm, swan neck street light bracket to be mounted on pole top for fixing of street light luminaries on existing tubular pole (pole top outside diameter 76 mm) with painting etc as required. (as per approved drawing of Engineer In-charge).

Supplying and embedding 32mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in pole collar/ foundation (during casting) for cable entry including bending the pipe to the required shape complete as required.

Supplying and laying of 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Providing, fixing and laying of 50 mm G.I. pipe (medium class) road crossing complete with Gi fittings including trenching (75cm deep) /punching the road and re-filling making it good etc. as per direction of engineer as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of prewired street light LED fitting of 8400 lumen or more, not more than 70watt, System Efficacy (lm/W) - 120lm/watt,Five years company warrenty, wide beam (Philips , Klite , lighting technology make) suitable for 40mm dia bracket with all accessories etc. as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of prewired Flood light LED fitting of 18000 lumen or more, not more than 150watt, System Efficacy (lm/W) - 120lm/watt, wide beam , Five years company warrenty (Philips , Klite , lighting technology make) with all accessories etc. as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of prewired Flood light LED fitting of 10000 lumen or more, not more than 100watt, System Efficacy (lm/W) - 100lm/watt, wide beam , Five years company warrenty (Philips , Klite , lighting technology make) with all accessories etc. as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of prewired Post top luminaries LED fitting of 45watt, 4200 lumen or more, Five years company warrenty (Philips , Klite , lighting technology Min post top make) with all accessories etc. as required.

Coil earthing:- Nominal dia. of GI Wire :-4 mm (Tolerance±2.5%) Minimum no. of turns – 115 Nos, External dia of Coil (Min) – 50 mm Length of Coil (Min) – 460 mm Free length of GI Wire at one end of coil – 2500 mm and it will be connected to MS pole firmly.Earthing coils shall be fabricated from soft GI Wire Hot Dip Galvanized. The Hot Dip galvanized wire shall have clean surface and shall be free from paint enamel or any other poor conducting material.

Supply and erection of metallic pole of 7.0 mtr length IS marked MS steel Tubular plole as per IS: 410 SP 1, weight-62 KG (approx.) in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required. The other details are given below. a. Pole collar with cement concrete mimimum 1ft from ground level will be made. b.M.S. base plate (300*300*6mm) shall have to be welded at bottom portion of the pole. . c.The poles shall be coated with black bituminous paint up to 1mtr from the ground level and other portion of the exterior part of the pole shall be painted with two coats of red oxide primer and finish paint (Aluminium paint).

Supplying and fixing of wheather proof cable end box 140 mm x 140 mm x 95 mm (or as approved) size out door type PVC box on existing tubular pole (Sintex/hensal/ Schininder make ) having one no 6 A rating SP MCB C-Series and connector for cable connection etc as required.

Supplying and laying of one number PVC / XLPE insulated armoured and PVC sheathed AL. conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade POLYCAB / Finolex/ KEI make armoured cable as approved by dept. Engg. of 3 core x 6 sq mm size in the existing HDPE Pipe /metal pipe etc. as required.

Supplying and laying of one number PVC / XLPE insulated armoured and PVC sheathed AL. conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade POLYCAB / Finolex/ KEI make armoured cable as approved by dept. Engg. of 3 core x 6 sq mm size in the open duct etc. as required.
