Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 10 Sq.m on plan area and not exceeding 1.5m deep in any type of soil, for foundation etc., or for laying of cable / GI Pipe, shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc., complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded Granite stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling, mass concrete etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil, as in any type of soil, complete all as specified. Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick (TFT) of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Rolled mild steel roof trusses (framed) trussed purlins, rafters, struts (beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to grade Fe 410-W Gde E - 250 quality 'B', complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint with and including preparation of new steel and steel based surface of any description of size not exceeding 10cm width or girth, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of LT XLPE insulated, screened with extruded PVC inner sheathed, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured electric power cable [heavy duty] of size 4.0core x 35.0Sqmm, with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, suitable for earthed system with and including cable glands, ferrules and connected accessories, laid in trenches or ducts or through the pipe etc., complete all as specified. Note: Necessary excavation & earth work, brick protection & sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.
