Providing mild steel specials fabricated / manufactured out of MS plate of steel grade Fe 410 as per IS 3589-2001 or out of HR coils of same / equivalent grade, coated internally with food grade epoxy and externally / outside with epoxy coating, complete in all respect as per relevant IS codes with upto date amendments and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 1400mm nominal dia (clear internal dia) specials of 12mm thickness (min.) MS Pipe with MS collar & MS Bend.

Hire charge of Crane 20 MT capacity, including diesel, mobile oil & lubricants as per site requirement.

Hiring charge of mechanical excavator for excavation of earth pit at site of work as per site requirement and refilling the same after completion of work, including diesel, mobile oil & lubricants as per site requirement.

Hiring of breaker for breaking of CC road at site of work.

Hiring of heavy duty 62 KVA DG set with fuel & operator for the welding work and other works as required at site. (2 No. x 5 Shift = 1- Shift).

Pumping out water caused by springs, tidal or river seepage, broken water main or drain.

Providing and erecting 2.00 metre high temporary barricading at site as per drawing / direction of Engineer-in-charge which includes writing and painting arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during work at site for day and nigh, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously i/c shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion.

Safety arrangement air face mask, air line breathing apparatus, hand blowers, helmet, gum boots, protective bodysuits, hand gloves, gas detector, safety belts, resuscitation apparatus, oxygen inhalor, portable ladder, first aid box, caution tape, barrier cone, litmus paper, torch, fire extinguisher etc. arranged by the firm at site of work for safe working.

Lighting arrangement at site of work for safe working of men and materials as per site requirement.

Fixing of 1400mm dia MS bend as per site requirement with the help all labour like fitter, welder, cutter, helper, beldar, chowkidar, supervisor, electrician and material used like welding machine, cutter set with LPG oxygen cylinder, welding rod, other T&P required etc. alongwith transportation i/c loading and unloading complete at site of work.

Providing and fixing of CC for thrust block of size 2.5 x 3x2m at site of work with the help of labour, mason, material like shuttering T&P & other accessories as per requirement.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering – All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement ; 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Testing and commissioning of rising main on full pressure and as per satisfaction of Engineer-incharge.
