M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping etc including form work for poles all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete for poles all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made of 3.15mm CRCA MS sheet and LT panel shall be as per IS/IEC 61439-I: 2011 & IS/IEC 61439-2 : 2011 and mounted on angular frame work of 50x50x5mm thick angle iron base frame work, minimum 60 cm high and fixed with PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation for fixing panels, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, both side opening type, with aprons for cable entry, with double door shutter and locking arrangement and consisting of the following all as specified including taking down old feeder pillar and taking out LT cables from loop for connecting in new panel and necessary excavation etc and consisting of the following:- Note:- (a) Panel drawings and make of MCCB will be submitted by contractor for approved by GE before orders the panel. (b) The holes/ aprons of cable entry/ exit will be closed with suitable size of glands.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal GL and connected to earth plate . Earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt upto 1.5 meter depth all around the earth plate and connected to galvanised earth lead 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvd iron or steel surronded by charcoal of coke and salt and protected by galvanized iron or steel pipe light grade 40 mm bore and water pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, including all necessary excavation and earth work PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover and all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES schedule Pt I of 2009 and also including making test point for testing of earthing made out of gun metal or phosphorous bronge size 75x75x25 mm complete . Note : 1. RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-I , 80mm thick reinforced with XPM weighting not less than 4 KG/sqmm in lieu of CI cover. 2. Charcoal dust and common salt upto 1.5 meter depth shall be filled in layers of 15 centimeters all around the earth plate inside earth pit . S&F in replacement kiosk box for luminaires ,weather proof made out of HDPE/FRP housing fire retardant, non fusing, shock & rust proof, single piece moulded and cover with hinged door, pole mounting type comprising of four pole copper connectors of 16 Amps capacity with 6 Amp MCB single pole , of minimum size 300x200x125mm, fixed on pole with MS, clamps 30 x 5mm with necessary nuts, washer and incl applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a red oxide primer on steel surface/clamps and embossing/painting of Danger sign of size not less than 10cms x 7.5cms with letter and conventional skull and bones in single red color on front face of kiosk box complete all as directed. Supply, erecting and fixing in true vertical position, steel tubular swaged pole (410 SP-31) 9.0 mtr long, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap / finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, welded reduced section and longitudinal weld throughout entire length of pole including 2 coats of black bituminous paint externally upto planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole shall be provided with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer and incl taking down existing old unserviceable poles complete all as specified and directed. (Numbering of the poles shall be done with synthetic enameled painted letter of shape & size as directed.) Note :- Excavation incl earth work and PCC foundation will be measured and paid separately.

Note :- Excavation incl earth work and PCC foundation will be measured and paid separately. The old unserviceable pole obtained from dismanting shall be remove by the contractor form cantt area/MOD. If the contractor has not removed the dismantled item a penality of Rs.500.00 per pole will be charged from the contractor as a penality.

M&L for painting of steel tubuler 11/9 mtr poles any type complete incl flat iron clamps, D clamps, Stay clamps, earth wire clamps, bracing, cross arm with two coat aluminium paint including prepration old painted surface initally & applying one coat of red oxide, applying two coat of aluminum paint over the red oxide, marking with alternate white and red strips 30 cm height 5 Nos strips with two coat of synthetic enamel paint (Ist quality of manufacturer )and also including numbering of poles with white paint are located on different locations complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for cutting of road up to 0.75m deep suitable for laying underground cable/MS tubes of any size/dia including GI pipe of 50mm dia and making good the disturbed area to match with the existing level with cement concrete including removing the surplus soil to a distance upto 50mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

Trimming of tree branches touching to over head lines, upto 1.5 mtr distance all around of ACSR conductors of span 30meter to 50 meter of HT/LT feeders and depositing cut branches away from site as directed and clearence of HT/LT pole and sub station premises all as directed by Engg-in-charges. Note: (i) Trimming of all branches of trees falling under one span between two pole shall be shall be considered as as one span only. (ii) Contractor have to arrange all T&P , safty equipments manpower and vehicle for trimming at different locations. Contractor or his rep has to ensure power shut down of overhead lines before carrying out trimming. Contractor shall be responsible for any lapses/ mishapning occured due to negelency of safty aspects.

Taking out under ground, HT/LT cables, any sizes, by excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removing bricks or PCC tiles of any size, re-laying in the same trenches for re-routing /after rectification of fault as required complete all as specified and directed NOTE:- (i) Joint and joiting materials, new cables, additional bricks, sand shall be measured & paid for separetely. (ii) Retrieved serviceable bricks or PCC cable cover and sand shall be re-laid on the cable & the cost for the same is deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iii) Cost for excavation, R&F, removing shall be included in quoted rate.
